Steak Boss carries Philadelphia and California fare. They are located in a small distinctive red and black building on Highway 50 near Winter Street. It can be accessed from State Road 50 heading east or from Wiscon Road if you are heading west.

The fish tacos are made with Alaskan Pollack covered in Panko breadcrumb. They use a small flour tortilla and cover the fish with cabbage and cilantro cream sauce. An order comes with two tacos.
For their Philly sandwiches they use amoroso rolls shipped in from Philadelphia. The cheese steak sandwich is made with ribeye steak, American cheese and grilled onions. Peppers and mushrooms can be added for an additional charge.
I have tried the fish tacos and Philly cheesesteak on several occasions and they are excellent.
I would recommend calling ahead, since food is prepared to order and it can take some time.
If you call ahead there is a walk up window that you can use to get your food rather than waiting in the drive through lines.
I had a chance to speak with Chef Seton. He spent long hours perfecting his recipes before he opened the restaurant. He makes six different sauces — the cilantro lime, including the roasted tomatillo sauce and cilantro cream sauce and takes pride in using fresh ingredients.
He is also having a mobile kitchen to bring Steak Boss to other locations and large events. You can check their website for exact locations.
