7/17/1996 were both arrested for domestic battery at 01:48 on 5/1/2015. The pair had been living with eachother for a year and a half. An altercation arose due to Mr. Jamison text messaging another. Both are being held at the county jail.
RODRIGUEZ PEREZ, CHRISTIAN JOSE born 1979 was arrested on 05/01/2015 08:00 on Kirkland Ave. for domestic battery on his girlfriend and girlfriend’s son. He was taken into custody and transported to the Hernando County Jail, where he is being held on a No Bond status.
BEASLEY, THOMAS LEE born 1986 was arrested on 05/01/2015 13:12
on CORTEZ BLVD in Brooksville for battery on the owner of Georgie’s Flooring George Carr. Lee went to the store to discuss a civil judgement and started physically threatening Mr. Carr. He fled the scene and was apprehended nearby.
MELARA, CHRISTOPHER GUSTAVO born 1992 was arrested on 05/01/2015 23:08 on Spring Hill Drive for DOMESTIC BATTERY on his sister and sister’s boyfriend. Melara was taken into custody at the Hernando County Jail and provided with a court date of 5/20/2015 on no bond status. He also is on felony probation for burglary until 6/21/15.
BARNES, MICHAEL ALEXANDER born 1991; DECKARD, DALTON CONNOR born 1996; FULTON, JESSEY born 1990; were arrested at the Quality Inn 9373 CORTEZ BLVD, BROOKSVILLE, FL, 34613 for possession of marijuana under 20 grams. The officer was at the Quality Inn in reference to a wanted subject Ishmel Peguero and detected the odor of burnt marijuana. Barnes was transported to the county jail and given a bond of $2,000.00. Deckard was given a bond of $1,000.00. Fulton was given a bond of $1,000.00. All are scheduled to appear in court on 05202015 at 0930 hours in courtroom B.
SULLIVAN, JANIS born 1959 was arrested on 05/02/2015 18:16 for retail theft
of WalMart at 1485 Commercial Way. She attempted to steal $110 worth of miscellaneous items. Sullivan was issued bond of $500.00 and a court date of 06/03/2015 at 0930 hours.
TURBERVILLE, DANNY RICHARDSON born 1953 was arrested on 05/03/2015 19:34 for Battery on Olson Rd in Spring Hill for battery in relation to a landlord/tenant dispute.
Turberville was placed under arrest and transported to the Hernando County Jail without incident.
DURHAM, GERALD WILLIAM was arrested on 05/02/2015 19:44 for
violating an injunction for protection against domestic violence on STAR RD in BROOKSVILLE. He was transported to Hernando County Jail without incident. Durham was issued a court date of 06/03/15 and was placed on a no bond status.
