He consented to a search of the vehicle, where the officer found glass smoking pipe and two empty bags that had contained meth inside a soda can. Blickhahn had two small bags of meth out of his shoes. When the officer told Blickhahn that he needed to tell him about any other illegal items that he may have on his person, Blickhahn removed two small bags of meth from a place where the sun doesn’t shine.

An officer, responded to a residence on Roble Rd in Spring Hill in reference to domestic battery. There the victim explained to the officer that her boyfriend assaulted her while she was in the shower, hitting her on the back of the head with the shower curtain rod. He then proceeded to punch her in the leg. He then choked her for an interval of 20 seconds, letting her breath for 2 seconds and choked her again for the same length of time. This he repeated several times. The victim had markings consistent with these injuries according to the officer. He had been arrested in September 2016, for a similar offense against the victim.

An officer responded to a residence in regards to a verbal disturbance. There he found Mcaleer highly intoxicated being held in the bathroom by his friends who refused to let him drive away in his car. The officer found that Mcaleer was not steady on his feet, and was very belligerent to his friends. Mcaleer also began to become belligerent towards the officer. The officer attempted to get Mcaleer to call a cab, but he continued to yell and act irrationally. The officer began to physically escort Mcaleer out of the residence, but Mcaleer resisted the officer. The officer wrestled him to the ground and placed him in restraints. Mcaleer continued to yell and scream at the officer and the friends.

Sloan was driving a golf cart with a UPS logo on it on Treiman Blvd. It was discovered that this golf cart was stolen from Ridge Manor Oaks Country Club. Sloan stated that she was on her way to meet her friend Anthony Cox who was driving her car because she didn’t have a valid license. She told the officer that Anthony and his boyfriend drove her to the golf cart and asked her to drive it. Deputies found her car at Treiman and Richardson Blvd. The three subjects were interviewed by deputies. Anthony admitted he stole the golf cart and gas for Sloan’s car. He explained that he stole the cart so Sloan could pay off a debt. He hid the cart on the east side of Treiman and then returned with Sloan who drove it until stopped by deputies.
Sloan stated that she did owe money to someone, but didn’t ask Anthony to help her pay it off. She said that she suspected Anthony had stolen the cart.

She also spit chewed peanuts in his face, jumped on his lap and scratched his left arm in several places. She proceeded to stick her fingers in his mouth and then took a wet mop and struck him in the groin. Rosen contacted the authorities, claiming that her boyfriend bit her fingers, but the officer did not observe any bite marks. He did find the boyfriend’s shirt to be ripped at the neckline, chewed peanuts on his shirt, bleeding scratch wounds on his arms, and wet pants from the mop.

A woman called the Sheriff’s Office to report that her ex boyfriend, DiFranco, came to her residence and kicked in the door. He proceeded to bust 3 windows and several other valuable items in the home totaling a value of $3,620. Three neighbors and the woman’s mother witnessed him threaten to hit her with a bat by pointing the bat at her head. DiFranco had been trespassed from the property on 11/5/16. Post Miranda, DiFranco admitted to going to her house, stating he was “letting out stress” adding, “that b—- got what she deserved.”

He said that the counterfeit bill was in an envelope inside the duffel bag on the bed. Upon examination, the officer confirmed that there was a counterfeit bill in an envelope addressed to the Fraternal Order of Police inside the duffel bag. When the deputy attempted to speak with the juveniles the defendant told the juveniles to not speak to the deputy. Deputy advised the defendant to stop interfering with the investigation. The victim attempted to run out of the house, but when she approached the front door she found it to be locked. As the victim fumbled with the lock, the defendant retrieved a metal cane and struck the victim in the head, causing a 4 inch gash. The victim was then able to run outside where a neighbor observed her bleeding heavily and asked her what happened. The victim informed the neighbor that the defendant struck her and she was calling law enforcement. While the victim was on the phone the neighbor advised that the defendant ran from the residence, grabbed the victim by the hair, and attempted to take the phone from her.
