The driver, William Volker, did not have a valid driver’s license therefore he was arrested and charged accordingly under HCSO case #2017-03593.
I then asked the passenger, later identified as Lenore Koning, to step out and asked her if there was anything illegal on her persons that I needed to be aware of. Lenore then began to pull items out of her pockets. She pulled a clear baggie with a crystal like residue out of her front right pocket of her jeans. The residue field tested positive for methamphetamine. The baggie weighed .5 grams.
Lenore was arrested and charged with possession of paraphernalia and transported to the Hernando County Jail without incident.
Lenore was given a bond of $1,000.00 per the bond schedule.
Lenore was given a court date of 03-01-17 at 0900 hours in Courtroom “C” of the Hernando County Courthouse in Brooksville, FL.”

Excerpt: “On February 4, 2017, while in the median of Commercial Way I was dispatched to a call regarding a white Ford pickup driving southbound in the northbound lanes of Commercial Way.
A short time later I observed a white Ford Ranger, later found to be driven by the defendant (John Declerck), driving southbound on Commercial Way in the northbound lanes. While observing the vehicle driving towards me I witnessed multiple vehicles driving off of the roadway to not be struck by the defendant’s vehicle.
At that time a traffic stop was conducted in the southbound direction of the northbound lanes of Commercial Way in the area of Ridge Rd. The driver was then identified as John Declerck by his Florida Driver’s License.
When the defendant was asked if he had drank any alcohol, he stated “only a couple of beers” and was obviously intoxicated due to his slurred speech, alcohol smell on his breath, and bloodshot and watery eyes.
The defendant was asked to step out of his vehicle, at which time he stumbled toward the rear of his vehicle and was unable to stand steady on his feet.
Based on my observations, the defendant was then placed under arrest for reckless driving and transported to the Hernando County Jail without incident.
The defendant was also issued criminal traffic citation A7EF5VE for reckless driving with a court date of 03/01/2017 at 09:00 AM.”

Excerpt: “On 02042017, Fire Rescue responded to the area of California St and Spring Hill Dr in reference to a vehicle fire. Prior to leaving the scene I requested that Fire Rescue check with the driver to ensure that he had no injuries. Fire Rescue Officer Joseph L. walked up to the defendant in order to give a medical evaluation. At that time the defendant said, “Get the —- out of here,” and, “Or I will beat your —.” At this time Joseph L. was only about 6 feet from the defendant. Joseph stated that the defendant then pounded his fist in his hand and began to walk towards Joseph. Joseph stated he was in fear of being assaulted and walked away. Joseph then notified me of what had just happened.
The defendant was then placed into custody and transported to the Hernando County Jail without incident where he was charged with Assault on a Firefighter. The defendant is being held on a $1,000 bond and was issued a court date of 03012017 at 9am.”

Excerpt: “On 02/05/2017 a traffic stop was conducted on a blue 2003 Ford Windstar bearing Florida tag BSFP43 at the intersection of Commercial Way and Pepper Street due to its driver side headlight being out. Upon making contact with the passenger, Jared Vandenburg, he was asked to exit the vehicle due to an odor of marijuana emitting from the vehicle. A search of the vehicle did reveal there to be 13 marijuana cigarette butts in the ashtray which did have a green leafy like substance in them. A roadside test was conducted on said cigarette butts which did yield a positive presence of marijuana.
While speaking with the defendant he did advise that he had a “Hydrocodone Pill” in his pocket and further stated that he did not have a prescription for the pill. The defendant was then taken into custody and the pill was removed from his pocket. On said pill was the imprint “Watson 3203”. A query of drugs.com did reveal said pill to be Acetaminophen and Hydrocodone 7.5mg, which is a schedule 2 controlled substance.”

Once at the jail the 13 cigarette butts were weighed on a certified scale which revealed the weight to be .6 grams. The defendant was then given a court date of 03/01/2017. The defendant was also given a bond of $1500 for the charges of no valid license and possession of marijuana under 20 grams.”

Excerpt: “On 02/05/2017 I made contact with the defendant in the area of California Street and Tascosa Avenue. Upon contact the defendant provided me with her name and date of birth. The defendant advised she was in the wood line, “just hanging out and drinking some beer.” When the defendant was asked by this Deputy if she had anything illegal on her person she stated, “I have an Oxy.” The defendant immediately stated, “Oh sh–, I should have never told you that.” I asked the defendant where the pill is to which she advised it was located in her front left pocket of her grey in color sweatshirt. The pill (1 quantity) was turned over to this Deputy and its imprint (U17) was verified by drugs.com as Acetaminophen/oxycodone 325 mg / 10 mg is classified as a schedule 2 controlled substance under the Controlled Substance Act (CSA). It should be noted that the defendant was not issued a prescription for this medication.
The defendant was placed under arrest and transported to the Hernando County Jail without incident where she was turned over to the jail staff and is being held on a bond of $2,000.00. The defendant was provided a court date of 03/07/2017 at 0900 hours in court room “D”.
A system records check was conducted which revealed the defendant was negative for wants/warrants.”

Excerpt: “On 02/08/2017, responded to… Wiscon Road, in reference to an unknown male trespassing on the back portion of said property. Upon arrival, I made contact with the homeowner, Jessie G. She advised that she observed a white male, walking through her backyard, just wandering. She told the subject to leave, at which time he responded, “that’s fine,” but at no time did he leave the property. The subject continued to wander through her back property.
At approximately 0930 hours, she contacted the Sheriff’s Office, advising about this incident.
Upon my arrival, I made contact with the defendant, identified as Joshua Barnard. He was positively identified by ACISS and booking photographs. He was asked to vacate the property by Writer and the homeowner.
The defendant agreed and began walking towards the northern part of the property. He then vacated the area.
At approximately 1000 hours, Jessie Geiger again contacted the Sheriff’s Office, advising that the defendant had returned.
Upon a second arrival, I made contact with the defendant, in the backyard of 16115 Wiscon Road. The defendant uttered, “I left, but came back and can’t leave now cause walk too slow.’
At this time placed the defendant into custody for trespass after warning. I transported the defendant to the Hernando County Jail without incident. The defendant is being held under a $500.00 bond.”

Excerpt: “Contact was made with the defendant via phone whose identity was verified by his name and date of birth. The defendant was questioned about the allegations of spray painting the roadway with a red in color spray paint. The defendant stated “Fine, I painted that mother ——“. The defendant went on to say “I’m pissed off at Ann after she broke my girlfriend’s shit.” The defendant was to meet with this Deputy to provide a sworn written statement to what occurred after he got off of work.
Contact was made with the defendant at 845 South Broad Street, Brooksville, Florida. The defendant post Miranda chose to not complete a sworn written statement as he does not feel like writing or signing anything, however he did wish to speak to me. The defendant advised that he did spray paint the roadway with the words “Ann is a whore.” The defendant went on to explain that he did this because Ann kicked him and his girlfriend out of the house and broke several of his girlfriend’s personal items.
The defendant stated Ann broke his girlfriend’s bed, the dresser, and several other items of hers. The defendant was transported to the Hernando County Jail and turned over to Jail staff where he is being held on a bond of $500.00. Matthew was issued a court date of 03/01/2017 at 0900 hours in court room “C”.”

“While on a traffic stop at Treiman Blvd and Belt Dr, contact was made with the occupants of the vehicle and consent to search the vehicle was given by the driver.
While searching the vehicle a small clear plastic bag with what appeared to be methamphetamine was located wrapped inside a black bandana. These items were located in the center console. The substance located in the clear bag field tested positive as methamphetamine.
The defendant (Keith Evans) was a passenger inside the vehicle and advised that the methamphetamine was his.
The defendant was then placed into custody and transported to the Hernando County Jail without incident.”

SHADE, BROCK REGINALD

Arrested on 0210/2017 at 18900 CORTEZ BLVD, BROOKSVILLE
Charges: Violation of Probation
Excerpt: “On 11/29/2016 the victim, Korey B. to report that the driver of a black or dark blue Mercedes, bearing Florida plate 3272UU”, pulled up next to his vehicle and pulled a gun on him. Korey advised the dispatcher that he was able to get a good look at the suspect and described him as being a male between white and Hispanic as far as skin color, advising he had a darker complexion. Korey advised the dispatcher that the suspect proceeded to speed between 80 and 90 miles per hour.
Korey provided sworn recorded testimony that he pulled out of Walmart located at 7305 Broad Street. He advised that while stopped at the light at Wiscon Road the Mercedes SUV in question pulled around the driver’s side of his vehicle. It should be noted that Korey was the passenger of the vehicle and his girlfriend, Samantha M., was driving. The Mercedes then cut him off and proceeded south on Broad Street. The two vehicles continued to the intersection of Aerial Way and Spring Hill Drive where Korey and Samantha stopped for the red light. The Mercedes then pulled alongside the passenger side of the vehicle. The driver of the Mercedes then grabbed a silver revolver with his right hand and extended it across his chest pointing it out the driver’s side window directly at Korey while stating “I’m going to kill you, bitch.” The suspect also “cocked” the firearm. This placed a fear into Korey that he was going to get shot.
Samantha provided similar testimony and stated that she observed the suspect point the gun at Korey. Samantha did not know what to do and was able to position her vehicle behind the suspect and obtain the license plate number.
Through investigative efforts, a statement was obtained that Brock Shade was the boyfriend to the registered owner, Andrea Macklin. A statement was also obtained that Brock drives an older model dark blue Mercedes SUV.
A photopack was generated and presented to Korey. Korey was able to identify Brock Shade as the driver of the Mercedes and as the one who pointed the gun at him while threatening to kill him.
The above described offense is documented under HCSO case number 2016-34834.
On 02/10/2017 Brock was placed under arrest for aggravated assault under case number 2016-34834. A routine computer check confirmed that Brock is currently on felony probation for Trafficking in Cocaine. His case number (DOC number) is U04427. His probation status began on 12/10/2015 and is projected to terminate on 12/09/2025. Brock was placed under arrest for Violation of Probation and transported to the jail where he was held without bond.”
