Excerpt: “On 03/13/2017 at … Drysdale Street during the investigation of a domestic battery, the defendant committed resisting a law enforcement officer with violence when he was holding an unknown substance in a very small zip style plastic bag in his hand; the defendant refused to hand said deputy the plastic bag and then fled to the rear of the residence requiring said deputy to pursue on foot.
When taking the defendant into custody in the rear of the residence the defendant resisted and pulled away from said deputy. The defendant pulled away and pushed said deputy in an attempt to avoid being put in hand cuffs requiring the defendant to be taken to the ground. The defendant continued to fight on the ground attempting to avoid being placed in handcuffs. After handcuffs were applied, the defendant continued to fight by twisting his body and pulling away from said deputy. The unknown substance in the plastic bag was unable to be located.
On 03/13/2017 at … Drysdale Street, the defendant committed domestic battery by striking the victim in the face with a closed fist causing injury to her lip and a swollen area to her forehead. The defendant claimed that the victim struck herself in the face but there was no redness to the victim’s knuckles, indicating the defendant struck the victim.
The defendant and victim have lived together for seven years as a family unit and have two children in common.
Due to the statement of the victim, the evidence of injury, the defendant resisting arrest and the indication that the defendant was deceptive, determined that the defendant was the primary aggressor in the altercation and he was arrested accordingly. The defendant was transported to Hernando County Jail without incident where he was charged with resisting a law enforcement officer with violence and domestic battery. The defendant was held on $5,000 bond for resisting a law enforcement officer with violence and a no bond status for domestic battery. The defendant was given a court date of 04/10/2017 at 0830 hours in Courtroom E.”

Excerpt: “At approximately 1126 hours on 03-13-2017 your affiant observed a black Honda Element (SUV)(bearing tag AMNV33) stopped at the intersection of Treiman Boulevard and Cortez Boulevard with a non-functioning right brake light. A traffic stop was conducted and said vehicle was being driven by the defendant, later identified Jose Roberto Izaguirre. Upon making contact with the defendant he stated, “I don’t have a driver’s license, it was suspended.” Investigation from the Hernando County Communications Center and ELVIS revealed the defendant to have a currently suspended Florida driver’s license.
The defendant was placed under arrest and transported to the Hernando County Jail without incident and held on a $1,000.00 bond.”

Excerpt: “On 03/15/2017 at approximately 0023 hours the defendant was observed operating a 2015 silver Nissan Altima bearing Florida tag (ABCW36) south along Commercial Way and Cortez Blvd. within Hernando County, Florida. The defendant was failing to maintain a single lane and was driving below the posted speed limit at 40 mph in posted 55mph zone. I conducted a traffic stop on the vehicle for suspicion of DUI where upon immediate contact with the defendant he advised, “I have no driver’s license, it’s suspended”. Criminal traffic citation (A7EG60E) was issued.
Verbal consent was given to search the passenger compartment of the vehicle where a glass smoking pipe was located under the driver’s seat. The glass smoking pipe did contained a clear liquid which field tested positive for methamphetamine. The liquid and pipe together produced an approximate weight of 38.0 grams.
Two clear baggies with little to no residue were found in close proximity to the glass smoking pipe tucked between the driver’s seat and center console. Also under the driver’s seat was a small one inch plastic baggie containing a crystal rock-like substance which field tested positive as being methamphetamine. The crystal rock-like substance produced a weight of approximately 0.4 grams.
Post Miranda warning the defendant admitted to having used methamphetamine recently. The defendant stated, “I didn’t think there was any meth left in the vehicle”.
As the defendant was taken into custody he was found to be in possession of a concealed weapon. Metal knuckles with a fold out 3 inch blade were located in the defendants front pants pocket. The defendant does not have any concealed weapons permit to carry said knife concealed on his person.
The defendant was transported to the Hernando County Jail and turned over to jail deputies without incident. The defendant was given a court date of 04/10/2017 at 0830 hours in courtroom E.
The defendant’s bond was set at $6,000.00”

Excerpt: “The deputy reported that the victim stated that while she was in the kitchen making a sandwich, her boyfriend, William Warden, exited the bedroom and approached her aggressively. William was screaming at her, asking her about where she was this past Saturday. The victim tried to ignore William but this seemed to make him more angry. William stepped to the victim and she stepped away from him, telling him to get away. The victim advised that William then punched her with a closed right fist, which knocked her to the ground. The two were able to separate and when William stepped outside, the victim called for law enforcement.
The deputy observed the victim’s injuries to be a scratch below her left eye and a scrape on her left knee, where she came into contact with the ground.
The deputy then made contact with William Warden. He advised that his girlfriend, arrived home at approximately 1550 hours. William walked out to confront her about where she was this past Saturday. The victim explained that she was with her family, but William believes this was a lie. William advised that the victim then threw a sandwich at him and he walked out. William could not explain the victim’s injuries.
Due to the victim’s injuries being consistent with her statement, William was arrested for domestic battery and transported to the Hernando County Jail without incident.”

Excerpt: “Contact was made with Springbrook Hospital supervisor, Contas Constantinon, who explained Anthony Camardo entered the facility earlier in the day seeking medical help. Contas advised at first the defendant was compliant with all medical questions and procedures to admit the defendant into the hospital, then he ignored all questions and needs of staff. When asked a question in reference to the defendant’s medical history the defendant got out of his bed, walked to the light switch and turned the light to the room off. He then walked back to his bed to lay in it. Contas explained he explained to the defendant multiple times he would be subject to a trespass warning if he did not cooperate with medical staff which the defendant acknowledged.
Contact was made with the defendant who was lying in his bed upon arrival. The defendant acknowledged law enforcement’s presence and he sat on the edge of his bed. He advised he understood why law enforcement was in his room and was provided his clothes to change into and leave the premises. The defendant was provided an extended amount of time to comply with the trespass warning and change into his personal clothing. The defendant was reminded multiple more times he would be taken into custody and transported to the jail if he did not choose to leave the property. The defendant then got out of bed walked to the light switch and turned the switch off. He then walked back to his bed and lay back down. At that time the defendant was taken into custody and transported to the Hernando County Jail without incident.
The defendant was provided with a court date of April 12th, 2017 in the Hernando County Courthouse, courtroom C at 9:00 AM.”
The defendant was held on a $500 bond per bond schedule.

Excerpt: “On 03/19/2017, a lawful traffic stop was conducted on a white 2000 Ford Taurus at the intersection of Spring Hill Drive and Inca Avenue. Upon approaching the vehicle from the passenger side, was able to observe the passenger side window to be down and was also able to detect a strong odor of marijuana emitting from the vehicle. Upon making contact with the passenger, I was able to observe there to be a green leafy like substance in his lap, which through experience and training recognized it to be marijuana. The passenger was then removed from the vehicle and identified as Pierre Eloius.
A search of the rest of the vehicle did reveal there to be a blue mason jar in it which did contain 9 individually wrapped clear baggies containing a leafy like substance. Three more individually wrapped clear baggies containing a leafy like substance were also located where the defendant was sitting. A roadside test did reveal there to be a presence of marijuana.
While patting the defendant down, thirteen clear baggies were discovered in his front right jacket pocket. Within said baggies was a white rock like substance. A field test of said rock like substance did reveal there to be a presence of cocaine.
The defendant was then transported to the Hernando County Jail, where he was given a court date of 04/18/2017. The defendant was also held on a bond of $20,000.00 per the bond schedule. The total weight of the green leafy like substance was 12.6 grams. The total weight of the white rock like substance was 6.4 grams.”
