Arrest Summary Excerpt: “On 05/08/2017 at approximately 1515 hours I responded to Walmart Supercenter located at 13300 Cortez Boulevard in response to a retail theft.
Upon arrival, contact was made with loss prevention associate Heriberto… who advised the defendant had dropped her vehicle off for new tires and then proceeded to shop while the defendant was waiting. The defendant was seen riding an electric cart and bagging items as the defendant shopped with Walmart bags the defendant brought to the store with her. The defendant then proceeded to pay for the tires that were installed on her vehicle but failed to pay for the merchandise in her cart. The defendant continued to exit the store with the merchandise passing all points of sale. The merchandise totaled $804.58 before tax.
The defendant was transported to the Hernando County Jail without incident.
The defendant was given a court date of 06/05/2017 at 0830 hours in courtroom E and a bond amount of $2000.00”

Arrest Summary Excerpt: “Contact was made with the victim Annette Howard, who advised that she and the defendant, Terry Hoover engaged in a physical altercation on today’s date. Annette advised after the altercation came to an end, the defendant struck her windshield with his right fist, causing it to shatter. Annette advised that the defendant also struck the windshield approximately two weeks ago while the defendant argued with his wife. The first incident caused the windshield to crack, and today’s incident caused it to shatter and form a “spider web” crack. Annette advised that both times the defendant struck her windshield, it was done so with intent. I observed the windshield and the spider web-like crack took up approximately the entire passenger side of the windshield. The entire windshield needs to be replaced. The estimated amount of damage is $200 in total.
The defendant also advised that after he and Annette ended the physical altercation, he did in fact “slap” the windshield with his right hand causing the damage to worsen. The defendant also admitted to originally causing damage to the windshield approximately two weeks ago. The defendant advised, “I have a bad temper. I was arguing with my wife and punched the windshield.” The defendant was responsible for all of the damage on the windshield.
The defendant was placed under arrest and transported to the Hernando County Jail where he is currently being held on a $500 bond status, per the bond schedule. The defendant was given a misdemeanor court date of 5731117 at 0900 hours, in Courtroom C.”

Arrest Summary Excerpt: “Contact was made with the victim, Curtis Morin, at 7439 Eastern Circle Drive, Brooksville, Hernando County, FL. The victim is dating and living with the defendant’s mother and has been since approximately September of 2016. The defendant also resides in the same residence. The victim advised he asked the defendant to clean his room three (3) times and the defendant told him to “fuck off.” The victim told the defendant they would turn off the internet until he cleaned his room. The defendant then told the victim “fuck you” again, and “chest bumped” the victim, against his will, causing him to stumble about five feet backwards. The victim said he caught himself on the kitchen counter to stop him from falling to the floor. The victim advised he was not injured.
This incident was also witnessed by the defendant’s mother, Jane Leftwich.
Contact was made with the defendant who immediately requested a lawyer.
The defendant was placed under arrest for Domestic Battery. The defendant was transported to the Hernando County Detention Center where he is being held on a NO BOND status.”

Arrest Summary Excerpt: “On 05/06/2017 the victim picked up the defendant from the intersection on Hale Avenue and Cook Avenue, to provide the defendant a ride home. It should be noted that the defendant sat in the backseat of the vehicle.
The victim stated that the car ride was quiet until they passed the intersection of Mariner Boulevard and Spring Hill Drive, traveling west. The victim stated that between the aforementioned intersection and the intersection of Spring Hill Drive and Newhope Road, the defendant asked the victim to stay the night at the defendant’s residence. The victim stated that she said no and the defendant poured his drink on her head. The victim stated that the defendant reached around her neck with his arm and applied pressure to the victim’s neck. The victim stated that she began to pass out. The victim stated that as she attempted to pull the car over, the defendant then punched her in the right cheek 3 to 4 times with a closed fist. The victim stated the defendant then continued to apply pressure to her neck at which point she stated her vision “turned black.” The victim stated that she stopped the vehicle on the side of the road and the defendant then began to exit the vehicle. The victim stated that upon exiting the vehicle, the defendant did grab her hair and hit her head against the driver door. The victim stated the defendant then left.
Contact was made with the defendant. The defendant denied the allegations.
Based on the aforementioned information, it was determined that the defendant was the primary aggressor and probable cause did exist for COUNTI: Battery (Domestic), no bond; COUNT Il: Domestic Battery by Strangulation, no bond.”

Arrest Summary Excerpt: “On 05/04/2017 responded to the residence of 13513 Drysdale Street. While en-route dispatch advised the defendant identified as Tia Brown was at this residence and was currently the respondent in an active final judgement of injunction for protection against stalking. I was also advised of the court case number being 17.000345DRAXMX. As I responded to the residence conducted a computer check of said injunction which showed the petitioner to be Floyd Lewandowski. I also discovered the defendant is not to go or be within 500 feet of said residence. This injunction was issued by the Honorable Judge Toner and signed on 03/06/2017. It should be noted this injunction was served to the defendant on 03/07/2017.
As I arrived on scene I observed the defendant to be standing in the driveway on her own will and was making no effort to leave/vacate the property. The defendant was placed under arrest at this time.
Contact was made with the petitioner (Floyd) who advised he left for a dentist appointment earlier in the day at 0830 hours and returned at approximately 1110 hours. Floyd then observed the defendant to be standing in the driveway of his residence arguing with his step daughter Angel Pulliam. The defendant attempted to speak to him however; he refused and contacted law enforcement.
Contact was made with Angel. Angel stated the defendant was in her car and refused to exit her vehicle. Angel stated she told the defendant to get out her cars multiple times and even tried to take her home which she refused. Angel advised the defendant she was going to her home which is the listed address which the defendant still refused to exit the vehicle. Once at the residence the defendant did not leave vacate.
Contact was then made with the defendant who was advised her Miranda rights via agency issued card. Post Miranda the defendant admitted to being in Angel’s car and also admitted she refused to exit the vehicle because she did not want to go home. The defendant stated Angel then told her they could go to the Drysdale address. The defendant stated she did attempt to speak with Floyd however, he refused and she waited for deputies arrivals.
The defendant was then placed under arrest and transported to the Hernando County Jail without incident where she is being held on a no bond status.”

Arrest Summary Excerpt: “On 05032017 at approximately 1855 hours while proactive patrol in the area of Indian Trail Road and Serene Street l observed a red Ford Ranger traveling southbound. I also observed the male driver was not wearing a seatbelt. I then conducted a traffic stop on said vehicle. I made contact with the driver and sole occupant of the vehicle who was identified as Charles Adam Burgess via his Florida issued driver’s license. I informed Charles the reason for the stop. Charles was informed of his upcoming court date set for 05302017 in courtroom D at 1315 hours which he acknowledged by signing a citation. Charles is being held on a $2,000.00 bond.”

Arrest Summary Excerpt: “The defendant arrived at the victim’s residence in her vehicle. The defendant used a blunt object to cause damage to the front door, doorframe and stucco of the residence’s exterior. The victim and his wife, Sheri Kennedy, witnessed the defendant committing said damage and contacted our agency as this incident was occurring.
The defendant was located at her residence and admitted knocking on the victim’s door. A baseball bat was located on the side of the victim’s residence. The baseball bat had markings on it that are consistent with the green paint from the front door and the cement stucco from the structure of the house. The victim advised the bat was not his and it was not on his property.
The victim provided a sworn written statement. Sheri did not want to write a statement.
The victim had broken up with the defendant yesterday and came back to his wife. The victim believes this is what caused the defendant to be angry with him. The victim advised the defendant repeatedly yelled “I love you” while striking the his house.
The defendant was informed of her charge, arrested, and transported to the Hernando County Jail. The bond per schedule is $1000.00. The next court date is set for 05/31/2017 at 0900hrs.”
