Arrest Summary Excerpt: “Unlawfully and intentionally threaten by word or act to do violence to the person of Brian Hyde, Allen Wagner, and Matthew Eberts, coupled with an apparent ability to carry out said threat, and utilized a deadly weapon, to-wit: folding style pocket knife, without the intent to kill, and did an act or acts which created a well-founded fear in Brian, Allen, and Matthew that such violence was imminent, in violation of Florida Statute 784.021(1)(a); The first victim, Brian, advised that he and his two associates and other two victims (Matthew and Allen) have been servicing this property for over a year located at 2158 Fentress Court. Brian advised that it starting raining hard at which time he, Matthew, and Allen stopped mowing the lawn until the rain passed. Brian advised that the defendant, John Rigo,then exited the front door and began to strike the pillar of the residence with a rubber mallet. Brian advised that the defendant was shouting profanities and shouting for Brian and his associates to leave. Brian advised that he, Matthew, and Allen were in danger and they then decided to retreat to his work trailer to create separation from the defendant. Brian advised that the defendant went back into the residence but then exited again with a smaller item in his hand. Brian advised that the defendant then stood at the end of his trailer while he, Matthew and Allen were standing inside of the enclosed trailer. Brian advised that the defendant was approximately five feet away from him. Brian advised that the defendant then pulled out what appeared to be a folding style pocket knife. Brian explained the object to have a black handle and a “chrome colored blade”. Brian advised that he was in fear that he, Matthew, and/or Allen “were about to be stabbed’. Brian advised that the defendant continued to shout profanities and was aggressive while holding the knife in his hand.
Both Allen and Matthew’s statements were consistent with Brian’s and they also advised that they were in fear that the defendant was possibly going to attempt to harm them with the knife. Allen and Matthew also explained the knife to be a pocket style folding knife With a black handle and chrome colored blade.
As contact was made with the defendant at the door, he shouted “you cops aren’t going to gang up on me and you’re not coming in” I smelled a strong odor which appeared to be consistent with the smell of alcohol emitting from the defendant’s breath as he was shouting at me. The defendant first stated that he ordered Brian and his associates to leave and “that was it”. I then confronted the defendant about a possible mallet and he then re-canted his statement and stated “banged it on the wall to get them to leave”.
I then questioned the defendant if he re-approached Brian and his associates and he denied that he did so. The defendant then re-canted his statement again and advised that he went out to the grass, and then changed his statement to him just going to the garbage can. The defendant was confronted about the possible knife and he stated “I had a wooden spoon. I wanted them to think it was a weapon to scare them”. The defendant never admitted to holding a knife and it was not found. The defendant was then placed under arrest and transported to the Hernando County Jail where his is being held on a $6,000 bond. The defendant was given a felony court date of 715/17.”

Arrest Summary Excerpt: “Upon arrival, contact was made with manager, Samantha Caldwell, who explained two white females were seen on camera concealing items in their purse. Samantha went on to say she observed the defendant, Jamie Leverock, conceal a 20oz Pepsi and a bag of Starburst candy in her purse and then pass all points of sale. Samantha then shut off the gas pump in which the defendant was about to use which made Jamie return to the store. At that time Samantha contacted law enforcement whom arrived a short time later.
Incident to arrest, a search of the defendant revealed a small clear and white zippered bag containing a green leafy substance along with a larger clear plastic bag containing also a green leafy substance in the defendant’s front right pocket. The green leafy substance in both bags were field tested with Narco Test kit 7608 in which both tested positive for marijuana. The weight of the green substance in the smaller clear zippered bag was 1.3 grams. The weight of the green substance in the larger clear plastic bag was 4.3 grams. The contents of both bags were tested with the OHAUS scale located at the county jail and all items were later placed into Evidence.
Jamie was then transported to the Hernando County Jail without incident.
Jamie was provided a court date of 07/05/2017 at the Hernando County Courthouse in Courtroom B at 9:00 am.
Jamie was held on a total bond of $2,000.”

Arrest Summary Excerpt: “On 06102017 at approximately 0031 hours, law enforcement was dispatched to the residence located at 20278 John Martin Ln. in reference to a Battery. The caller stated that his neighbor, Patrick Rice, was causing a disturbance on his property and wanted him to be trespassed.
Deputy K. Trombley trespassed Patrick from the property which was documented under HCSO Case #2017-17535. At approximately 0317 hours, law enforcement was again dispatched to the residence due to Patrick returning.
Contact was made with Stacy, who stated that Patrick was sitting on his couch near his front door. Stacy was able to take a photograph of Patrick with a time stamp on his phone of 0312 hours. Stacy provided a Sworn Written Statement.
I then made contact with Patrick, who was wearing the same clothing as the picture shown. While speaking to Patrick, he became irate and refused to answer any further questions. Patrick was then placed under arrest and transported to the Hernando County Jail without incident.
Patrick is being held on a $1,000 bond. Patrick was also advised of his upcoming court date set for 07052017 at 0900 hours, in Courtroom B of the Hernando County Courthouse.”

Arrest Summary Excerpt: “On 06/11/2017, I responded to the Walgreens located at 7305 Spring Hill Drive in reference to a trespass. Upon arrival contact was made with the complainant, James Flanary, who advised that he is the manager of this store. James stated that an unknown white female was in the parking lot bothering customers and that he would like to have her trespassed.
Contact was then made with the white female, who I knew to be Breanne Lucey due to previous encounters. I then informed Breanne that she was being trespassed from the store and requested that she leave. The defendant was explained the terms of the trespass and was advised that if she returned she would be subject to arrest. The defendant then laughed and stated “Ok” as she left the property.
I then returned inside the store to make contact with the manager and inform him of the outcome of this incident. As I was exiting the store the defendant was observed to be re-entering the property and walking towards the door of the business. The defendant was then taken into custody.
The defendant was then transported to the Hernando County Jail. Once at the jail the defendant was given a court date of 07/05/2017 and held on a bond of $1000.”

Arrest Summary Excerpt: “On 06/11/2017, the defendant, Breanne Lucey, was booked into the Hernando County Jail for the charge of Trespassing under case number 2017-17662. Before being transported the jail, the defendant was asked numerous times if she had any illegal narcotics or weapons on her to which she stated no. A pat down on scene did not reveal any items of contraband.
Upon arrival to the jail, the defendant was again asked if she had anything illegal on, to which she again stated, “No”. Once the defendant was booked, detention deputies located a small clear baggie in her bra, which had a small orange tablet in it. Said tablet had the imprint “Mylan A3” on it. A query of drugs.com revealed said tablet to be Alprazolam 0.5mg, which is a Schedule IV controlled substance.
Contact was then made with the defendant who uttered, “That’s my Xanax”. When asked if she had a prescription for it the defendant stated ‘No’.
Probable cause was then established for the charge of introduction of contraband into a county detention facility and possession of Alprazolam. The defendant was given a court date of 07/05/2017 and also held on a bond of $7000.”

Arrest Summary Excerpt: “On 6/12/2017 responded to 16111 La Bella Street, Brooksville, Florida, in reference to a battery. Upon arrival contact was made with victim Melissa Monagha. Melissa advised that she and the defendant were arguing about how her dog destroyed the residence while the two were out on the boat. Melissa advised that the defendant began to discipline the dog and Melissa told the defendant to stop. Melissa then stated that her son Austin Warwick began to comfort the dog and the defendant did not like that. The defendant then struck Austin with a paintbrush, causing redness and swelling to his left arm. Melissa stated that the defendant has no permission to discipline herson Austin.
Melissa then advised that the defendant and she began to argue and this was when the defendant pushed her, causing her to fall and hit her head. Melissa advised she had swelling on the back of her head from when her head hit the floor. Her injuries were not visible due to the hair on her head.
Melissa and the defendant do not live together nor have children in common. Melissa has been romantically involved with the defendant for approximately 7 (seven) months.
The defendant was placed into custody and transported to the Hernando County Jail for simple Battery on Austin and Domestic Battery on Melissa. The defendant was given a court date of 715/2017 at 0900 hours in court room B and is being held on a no bond status due to the domestic battery.”
