Arrest Summary Excerpt: “On 9/22/2017 I responded to … Ronald Street, Spring Hill, Florida in reference to an escort. The defendant, Heather Thompson, wanted to pick up her children from her mother’s residence, the victim, Irene K. The victim, defendant, and defendant’s children had resided in the residence with each other until recently while the defendant was trying to find a new place to live. The defendant was able to pick up her children and the victim went to take a picture of the license plate of the truck that her grandchildren were getting into. It should be noted that the truck was parked in the victim’s property in her driveway. While the victim was attempting to take the picture the defendant got angry, walked up to the victim while screaming, and tried grabbing and smacking the phone from the victim’s hands.
The defendant was placed into custody and transported to the Hernando County Jail and placed on a no bond status due to this being domestic in nature.
The defendant was given a misdemeanor court date of 10/18/17 at 0900 hours in courtroom B.”

Arrest Summary Excerpt: “On 9/23/17 while conducting proactive duties, I observed a gray Chevrolet pickup truck traveling northbound on Mariner Blvd with no tag lights at the intersection of Elgin Blvd and Mariner Blvd. I activated my emergency lights at Brookside St and Mariner Blvd to conduct a traffic stop.
The driver of said vehicle, later identified as Eric Wayne Sosko, failed to stop for the emergency lights being activated and made a right hand turn on Brookside St and continued east. The vehicle continued to drive east towards his residence located at 5328 Lowell Ave. The vehicle arrived at the residence and parked on the south side of the residence. While walking up to the vehicle I noticed a crack to run through his front windshield as well.
I made contact with the defendant in the driver’s seat, where I advised him why I was conducting a traffic stop. I advised the defendant he was being pulled over for not having tag lights when I observed him traveling northbound on Mariner. I asked the defendant for his driver license in which the defendant began to shake and act nervous.
The defendant provided a Florida driver’s license and continued to shake and act nervous. I asked the defendant if his driver license was going to be good, in which the defendant stated, “It should be good, but might not be good because I have some unpaid child support.”
A check through teletype revealed that the defendant was operating a vehicle while his driver’s license was suspended/revoked on failure to pay child support. I did a check through DAVID (Driver and Vehicle Information Database) which revealed that the defendant had four prior convictions for a suspended driver license.
The defendant was placed into custody at this time and transported to Hernando County Jail without incident. Eric was also given a Misdemeanor court date to appear at the Hernando County Court House on 10/18/2017 at 0900 AM in Courtroom B.
The defendant was given a uniform traffic citation #A1Y001P for operating a vehicle while driver license suspended/revoked failure to pay child support.”

Arrest Summary Excerpt: “On 09/23/2017 at approximately 0247 hours, I was dispatched to … Spring Haven Loop in regards to a battery. On arrival, contact was made with a Vanessa B., who advised her live-in-boyfriend of three years punched her in the face, of which I observed her to have a swollen right upper lip and some dried blood above her lip.
Vanessa advised the argument started over the defendant, Christopher Lankard, losing his job as well as her not liking Christopher’s father. During the heated verbal argument, Christopher punched her in the face while they were inside of the bathroom,causing the swollen lip.
I then made contact with the defendant, Christopher Lankard. The defendant advised that his live-in-girlfriend, Vanessa, started slapping him on his face and back while he was in the bathroom. The defendant advised that he did in fact strike Vanessa, however, refused to provide very much detail and then recanted and quickly stated, “I might have hit her.”
The defendant advised, “She was slapping me, what did you want me to do?”
I did not observe any redness or marks on the defendant.
Based on my investigation, I determined that the defendant was the primary aggressor. At which time I placed the defendant under arrest in which he became irate and started banging his head on my patrol car window. The defendant spontaneously stated, “I called 9-1-1, why are you arresting me,” as well as several other insults and profanity.
The defendant was then transported to the Hernando County Jail. While in route to the jail, the defendant advised, “You know, she’s just gonna pick me up,” as well as along the lines of the charge would not stick.
The defendant was then given a court date of 10/18/2017 in Courtroom B, at 0900 Am and held on a No Bond status, due to this offense being Domestic in nature.
It should be noted that both Vanessa and the defendant were under the influence of an alcoholic beverage at the time of this investigation.”
As the defendant’s vehicle passed I detected the strong odor of marijuana emitting from the vehicle.

Arrest Summary Excerpt: “On 9/23/17 while assisting another deputy on a traffic stop on Spring Hill Drive in Spring Hill FL, I observed the defendant fail to move over for emergency vehicles while their emergency lights were on. As I stood outside of my vehicle I observed the defendant drive by at a high rate of speed. The defendant’s windows were down and I could see white smoke emitting from the vehicle. The defendant’s vehicle was the sole vehicle on the roadway at this time and the only vehicle that had passed us. As the defendant’s vehicle passed I detected the strong odor of marijuana emitting from the vehicle.
A traffic stop was conducted at which time I made contact with the defendant. I could see in plain sight small amounts of a green leafy substance scattered around the vehicle. As I spoke with the defendant the odor of marijuana was still emitting from the vehicle. The defendant advised that he smoked marijuana in the vehicle earlier in the evening.
A search of the vehicle was conducted and I located a black backpack. The black backpack was open and I could clearly see a plastic bag with a green leafy substance inside of it. Within the backpack there were 3 plastic bags and 2 jars, all of which contained a green leafy substance. All of the bags and jars contents were field tested and tested positive for marijuana. Also inside of the backpack was a package of ziploc bags and a green in color digital scale. The defendant also had $980.00 cash in his wallet.
Based on the aforementioned information probable cause did exist for the arrest of the defendant for possession of cannabis with intent to sell in violation of Florida Statutes 893.03(1)(c)7 and 893.13(1)(a)2; The defendant was transported to the Hernando County Jail without further incident. The defendant was held on a $5000.00 bond and given a court date of 10/23/17”

Arrest Summary Excerpt: “On 9/23/2017, I responded to… Lincoln Ave in reference to criminal mischief call in which a window was broken on a door to the residence. While en route I observed a white male (the defendant) who identified himself as Michael Gendron at the intersection of Wilson Blvd/Lincoln Ave. I approached the defendant and he immediately put his hands behind his back. At that time I asked the defendant why he was placing his hands behind his back. I then asked the defendant if he broke a window down the street and he replied “yes”. It should be noted that the defendant was sweating profusely and was crying.
I made contact with Beverly C, who is watching to above property for the owner, Frances R. Beverly stated she noticed the window broken at approximately 1830 hours on today’s date and it was not broken on yesterday’s date.
I contacted Frances via phone call and she stated that no one was supposed to be at the property other than Beverly who is watching her property. Frances stated that Beverly contacted her today and informed her of the broken window. Frances was unable to respond to the scene due to being out of town but did advise that her window was not broken on yesterday’s date.
I then brought the defendant back to the residence of… Lincoln Ave. The defendant walked over to the door on the south side of the residence and the window was broken just above the doorknob. Post Miranda, the defendant stated that he broke the window with a rock. The defendant stated that he never entered the residence and only broke the window. The window damage was estimated at $150.00. It should be noted that the defendant is a neighbor and he resides at 417 Lincoln Ave. Both Beverly and Frances advised me that the defendant has caused many problems in the past.
The defendant was taken into custody and transported to the Hernando County Jail without incident. The defendant was charged with criminal mischief and issued a bond amount of $500.00. The defendant was given a court date of 10-18-17 at 0900 hours, in Courtroom B of the Hernando County Courthouse.”

Arrest Summary Excerpt: “On 9/24/17 the defendant, Angela Abbadessa got into a heated verbal argument with her live-in boyfriend of five months, the victim, Randall J. The victim advised that he tried leaving their residence of … Norvell Road when the defendant continued to attempt to stop him the victim from leaving by pushing him. The victim stated the defendant continued to get mad at him and pushed him down, causing him to fall on the ground. The victim finally got out of the house and proceeded to walk to his car where the defendant continued to scream and follow him. The defendant then got into his vehicle, with his four children, and left the residence. It should be noted that the victim advised that as he was trying to leave the defendant tried reaching into his car, he yelled at her to get off. The defendant let go off the vehicle and fell as he was pulling out of the driveway.
Contact was made with the defendant’s daughter, Angelina J., who advised that she heard the defendant and victim arguing. She then heard the victim screaming “get off me” and went to check on her father and saw that he was down on the ground. As soon as the victim got up they grabbed a couple items and went to go to the vehicle to leave when the defendant continued to follow them while yelling at the victim. Angelina then advised that she observed the defendant run to the driver’s side back door and try to get into the vehicle. The victim started driving and the defendant stepped back and fell over.
Contact was made with the defendant who refused to cooperate and talk with Law Enforcement and was placed under arrest. The defendant was read her Miranda rights and then advised that she was willing to speak. The defendant advised she was in a verbal with the victim when he was going to leave and she wanted her key back so decided to follow him and ask for her keys. As she was doing that she reached in the driver’s side and the victim yelled at her to let him leave. The defendant took a step back and claimed that “the wind” caused her to fall to the ground. The defendant did state that she was not physically knocked down by the vehicle and was not touching the vehicle while it was moving.
The defendant was arrested for domestic battery and transported to the Hernando County Jail without incident. The defendant was placed on a no bond status due to this being domestic in nature due to both subjects being in a relationship and living as family unit. The defendant was given a misdemeanor court date of 10/18/2017 at 0900 hours, in courtroom B.”

Arrest Summary Excerpt: “On 09-24-17 I responded to the residence located at… Rosedale Avenue, Spring Hill, FL, 34606. Contact was made with Rain, a victim. Rain advised the defendant got into a verbal altercation with her and the other victim, Phillip, over a shower curtain falling on the floor. The victim advised the defendant subsequently yelled at both victims and threw numerous kitchen items (pots, knives) on the floor.
The victim advised the defendant then quickly and aggressively approached her and got within close proximity to her person where he yelled in her face.
The victim advised she was in fear due to the defendant’s extreme actions and threatening gestures towards her.
I made contact with the other victim, Phillip, who advised he then stepped in and pushed the defendant back after he threatened the other victim. The victim advised at that time the defendant grabbed him by the neck and squeezed before pushing him down. The victim advised at no time did he lose consciousness or the ability to breathe.
I observed minor abrasions on the victim’s neck which appeared consistent with his statements.
This was witnessed by the defendant’s girlfriend, Bridget D, who advised the defendant did get into a physical altercation with both victims.
Based on the above information the defendant was placed under arrest and charged with Assault and Battery. He was given a court date of 10-18-17.”

Arrest Summary Excerpt: “On 09/25/2017, I was dispatched to the Motel 6, located at 6172 Commercial Way, Spring Hill, FL, 34606 in reference to a Physical Disturbance which was later reclassified to a Battery. Once on scene contact was made with the victim, Donald G, in room 432, at which time I was able to observe what appeared to be dried blood on his chin and chest. The victim advised that during a verbal altercation with the defendant, Tina Givens, who is his live in girlfriend of five years, the defendant struck him with her phone. The victim stated the defendant struck him right above his left eye causing a laceration to open and thus cover him with blood. The victim stated that at that point, he was able to get the defendant outside of the Motel apartment to create space until Law Enforcement arrived on scene moments later.
I then made contact made contact with the defendant. The defendant advised that during a verbal altercation, the victim had put his hands on her but she could not recall as to where or what the victim was doing. The defendant advised that she then struck the victim in the head with her phone because it was in her hands, and to keep him away from her and to calm the victim down due to both parties having consumed alcoholic beverages. The defendant stated that after striking the victim, the victim shoved her outside of the Motel room and locked her out.
The defendant further advised that she had been arrested in the past for Battery on the defendant in South Dakota. A check of the defendant’s criminal history revealed that the defendant pled guilty for Battery on 08/11/2016, and thus increasing the charge to a Felony. The defendant was given no bond due to this offense being Domestic in nature and a court date of 10/23/2017 at 08:30 in court room E.”
