Arrest Summary Excerpt: “On 10/26/17, I responded to 3495 Deltona Blvd in reference to a suspicious person, later reclassified to a narcotics case.
Upon arrival, I made contact with Speedway employee Joe, who advised a female by name of Nicole was in the bathroom “doing drugs.”
I made contact with the defendant, Nicole, inside the store, at which time I instructed her to come outside with me. The defendant was made aware of the allegation and advised she had a muscle relaxer (Cyclobenzaprine Hydrochloride) in her possession that was not prescribed to her. The defendant was taken into custody.
A search incident to arrest revealed that she was in possession of 5 brown pills with an imprint of “G77”; 7 pink pills with an imprint of “M1010”; and 3 white pills with an imprint of “PD8”. A search via drugs.com revealed that the defendant was in possession of Oxymorphone Hydrochloride (x 12) and Dilaudid (x 3).
Nicole was taken into custody and transported to Hernando County Jail without incident.
Nicole was given a felony court date of 11/20/17 in courtroom E at 0830 hours.
Nicole was not given a bond due to being out on bond for unrelated charges.”

Arrest Summary Excerpt: “To wit: On 10-26-2017 while on routine patrol, I observed a beige Cadillac Deville bearing Florida tag EFPI24 traveling west bound on Cortez Boulevard in the area of Raley Road which the vehicle had no functioning tail lights. I then initiated my overhead lights and completed a traffic stop on said vehicle at the intersection of Cortez Boulevard and WPA Road. Contact was made with the driver/defendant who I identified as being Brian Maxwell by his name, date of birth, and social security number. Upon requesting the defendant’s driver’s license, he advised that he did not have one on his body. I then asked the defendant if he currently had a valid driver’s license, which the defendant responded “I don’t think so” which he then stated that it was previously suspended for a “problem with probation”.
A FCIC/NCIC check completed by this agency’s teletype revealed the defendant to have an outstanding warrant. The defendant was then detained and placed into the back seat of my agency patrol vehicle.
I then completed a search of the vehicle which revealed a green metal pill fob sitting in the driver’s side cup holder located directly under the vehicle’s radio on the vehicle’s dashboard. Inside the pill fob I located 26 small circular shaped pills which contained the imprint M C14. A check of Drugs.com revealed the pills to be 1 mg Clonazepam which Drugs.com showed as being a schedule 4 controlled substance. The pills weighed a total amount of 2.9 grams which were weighed on OHAUS scale model number C305-P serial number 23392, located at the jail.
Contact was also made with the passenger in the vehicle who was identified as being Joseph Revell Jr. Upon questioning Joseph in reference to the pills, he stated that they belonged to the defendant and that he was already in possession of them upon being picked up by the defendant earlier in the day. Upon questioning the defendant in reference to the pills, he only stated “they aren’t mine”.
The defendant was taken into custody and transported to the Hernando County jail without incident. The defendant was charged with 1 count of Possession of a controlled substance. The defendant was issued a bond amount of $2,000.00 and given a court date of 11-20-17 at 0830 hours in room E of the Hernando County courthouse.”

Arrest Summary Excerpt: “On 10/27/2017 I was dispatched to the Walmart located at 13300 Cortez Blvd in reference to a Retail Theft.
Upon arrival contact was made with the defendant as she was walking out of the business. Upon approaching the defendant she immediately stated, “I put it all back.” When I asked the defendant what she meant she advised, “I had clothes in my purse that I was going to take, but I put it back.” The defendant then held her purse out and advised law enforcement could check the contents of her purse to confirm that she no longer had merchandise. The defendant was then detained and brought into the Asset Protection office. The defendant was then read her Miranda Warning via agency issued card. Post Miranda, the defendant stated she did not know the tank top was still inside her purse. The defendant then advised she did not have any additional merchandise in her possession and advised to continue searching the purse.
While searching the purse Deputy K. was able to locate a purple “Pha Z yme” bottle containing 12 white capsule shaped pills containing the imprint “377.” A search on the website drugs.com confirmed the pills were Tramadol Hydrochloride 50mg. They were listed as a Schedule 4 Controlled Substance and were available by Prescription only. When I asked the defendant where she got the pills from, she replied her parents are prescribed them and she takes them also because they help with her pain.
While searching the interior of the purse I was able to locate 3 hypodermic needles, and 2 metal spoons. The defendant then advised they belonged to her boyfriend and he used them for Methamphetamine. I then asked the defendant why she had them in her purse and she advised, she holds them for her boyfriend because he was at work.
The defendant was then placed into the back of my patrol vehicle and transported to the Hernando County Jail without incident. The defendant was then issued a court date of 11/20/2017at 0830 hours in courtroom E.”

Arrest Summary Excerpt: “On 10/27/2017 I responded to the Walmart located at 1485 Commercial Way in reference to a trespass. Upon arrival contact was made with the defendant, Ronald Owens. Upon speaking with the defendant, he advised that he was not in possession of any illegal narcotics or weapons and did give law enforcement permission to search his person. A search of the defendant’s wallet did reveal there to be one sealed package of Suboxone 4mg (Buprenorphine and Naloxone) inside it. Upon speaking with the defendant about the found narcotic, he advised that it was his and that he did not have a prescription for it.

Arrest Summary Excerpt: “On 10/28/2017 I was in the area of Commercial Way and Pine Forest Drive, which is located in Hernando County, when I observed a 2004 white Ford F150 traveling southbound on Commercial Way with no tag light to illuminate the vehicle tag.
I conducted a traffic stop and was able to observe a FL tag MBN797 and made contact with the vehicle owner and driver, the defendant, Eric. The defendant had a passenger in the vehicle who identified herself as Sarah, who has an active domestic violence injunction (17002068DRAXMX) against the defendant until 11/16/2017.
When detaining the defendant and removing him from the vehicle, he was sitting on a marijuana grinder which had marijuana particles. A clear plastic baggy with 2.8 grams of green leafy substance which tested positive for marijuana, total weight without the baggy was located between the right side of the driver’s seat and the belt buckle. A search of the vehicle revealed a black bag with 5 syringes and a metal spoon with a white powder residue which tested positive for opioids.
The defendant was transported to jail, where he was charged with 1 count possession of cannabis less than 20 grams, 1 count possession of paraphernalia, and 1 count domestic violence injunction violation. The defendant was given a court date of 11/29/2017 in Courtroom B at 0900 hours and a no bond status due to the domestic violence injunction violation. The defendant was given a verbal warning in reference to his tag light being out.”

Arrest Summary Excerpt: “On 10/28/2017, at approximately 1931 hours, I responded to the Speedway, located at 18635 Cortez Boulevard, in reference to a traffic accident that occurred at the intersection of Cortez/Cobb.
It should be noted a patrol deputy on scene observed the defendant immediately walking away from a gold Chevrolet Trailblazer upon pulling into the aforementioned Speedway, and watched the white male proceed walking towards the front of the store. Upon my arrival I observed a gold Chevrolet Trailblazer, bearing Kentucky tag 425TMJ, on the northwest end of the parking lot of the aforementioned Speedway store with a damaged front left bumper, with the defendant a short distance away from the vehicle to be sitting down.
Upon contact with the defendant, who identified himself via Kentucky ID: (K15-656-727), I then began to conduct a motor vehicle crash investigation.
At this time I observed the defendant to have dilated bloodshot watery eyes, as well as a strong odor of an alcoholic beverage emitting from his person. During further investigation I observed the defendant to have very unstable balance, slow and deliberate movements, low raspy speech, and I also observed him to display signs of tremors.
Two separate eye (Wheel) witnesses provided a sworn written statement. Advising that they observed the defendant to be involved in an accident, and that they had to pry the driver’s side door open in order to render aid to the male driver, however, he advised them that he does not have any injuries nor need any medical assistance.
I observed video surveillance of the parking lot at Speedway; said vehicle pulled into Speedway after being involved in an accident on Cortez Boulevard. As I further watched the video, I observed the defendant, who was the driver and sole occupant of the vehicle, to exit the vehicle from the driver’s side door, with the two witnesses escorting him, consistent with their statements. The defendant was positively identified as the driver and sole occupant of said Chevrolet Trailblazer.
During further investigation the defendant spontaneously uttered, “I’m revoked for a past dui.”
I then asked the defendant several times if he would be willing to submit to a series of field sobriety exercises to dispel my suspicion of his intoxication, at which time he stated, “No I’m a f***ing alcoholic you already know I’m drunk, just take me.”
At this time the defendant was transported to the Hernando County Detention Center, and given a court date of 11/29/2017 at 0900 hours in Courtroom B.
During the twenty minute observation period at the jail, the defendant admitted to having five shots of vodka. The defendant then provided two samples of breath, one being 0.244 at 2137 hours, and the second being 0.228 at 2140 hours.
The defendant is being held on a $3000.00 bond.”

Arrest Summary Excerpt: “On 10/29/2017 I conducted a traffic stop on Cortez Boulevard by Ovenbird Road, which is in Hernando County, in reference to the defendant, Nicholas Lee, observed driving on a suspended license. The vehicle is a 2001 white Pontiac Grand Prix, bearing the Florida tag GQJS41.
I met with the defendant, who was the driver of the vehicle, who advised he no longer had insurance on the vehicle and was aware that his license was suspended. Operator 26 on Teletype confirmed the defendant’s license was suspended due to financial responsibility on 06/22/2017.
The defendant’s vehicle was towed by Dun Romin, due to it being stopped within the roadway. A vehicle inventory was conducted, which revealed two clear plastic baggies containing a clear crystal like substance which tested positive for Methamphetamine in the sunglass visor by the rear view mirror. Each baggy weighed a total of 1.2 grams with baggy, total weight of methamphetamine 2.4 grams. The defendant stated, “I just picked that up from my buddy’s house.”
The defendant was transported to jail and charged with 1 count possession of methamphetamine, 1 count possession of paraphernalia, and 1 count driving on a suspended license with knowledge, criminal citation #A8A203E. The defendant was given a total bond of $3,500.00 and a felony court date of 11/28/2017 in Courtroom D at 0900 hours.”

I met with the defendant, Yamil Carattini-Valentin, who stated ”F**k you pig” and approached law enforcement aggressively. The defendant had an odor of alcohol coming from his breath and slurred speech. The defendant was asked to leave the area by this deputy, at which time the defendant walked over to a Hernando County Sheriff’s Office patrol vehicle and began striking the passenger rear window with a closed fist approximately five to six times.
This deputy attempted to place the subject under arrest for disorderly intoxication, at which time the defendant tensed and pulled away from this deputy. While the defendant was assisted to my patrol vehicle he pulled and pushed against this deputy screaming, ”F**k you pig, I will have your job.”
The defendant was taken to jail, where he was charged with 1 count disorderly intoxication and 1 count resisting without violence. The defendant was given a court date of 11/29/2017 in Courtroom B at 0900 hours and a total bond amount of $1,500.”

Arrest Summary Excerpt: “On 10/30/2017, I arrived at 15665 Oakcrest Circle in reference to transporting an arrestee for Vice and Narcotics, case number 2017-32737.
Upon arrival, a search of the defendant was conducted and then he was placed into the back seat of my patrol vehicle. The search did not reveal any contraband at the time. The defendant was asked if he had any illegal substances or items on his person, which he stated, “No.” The defendant was informed if he did have anything illegal in his possession upon entering the county detention center, it would be an additional charge of introduction of contraband. The back seat of my patrol vehicle was previously searched prior to starting my shift and was empty of any items; the defendant was the first person transported in my patrol vehicle. The defendant was then transported to the Hernando County Detention Center for Vice and Narcotics and left in their custody. I was later contacted by Deputy K. Osborne and was informed he located items of contraband during a strip search. Deputy Osborne also advised the items were located tucked under the defendant’s scrotum.
I returned to the detention center and received the items of contraband from Deputy Osborne. I received a clear plastic bag that contained a smaller clear plastic bag within it which contained fifteen white tablets of medication later identified as Alprazolam 0.25 mg and 2 smaller zip-lock style bags that contained a clear, crystal-like substance which tested positive for Methamphetamine using Narco Agent test kit #7623. The Methamphetamine weighed a total of 0.6 grams with the bags, which were weighed using Ohaus scale model C305-5, serial number 23392.
The defendant was charged with Introduction of contraband into a county detention center and was held on a $2,000.00 bond, per the bond schedule for this charge.”
