Hooray to Hernando County Schools, Springstead High School and Pasco-Hernando State College. Their dual enrollment program has given my daughter, Kathryn Kellogg, the opportunity to graduate high school with her two-year Associate in Arts degree from college at the same time! Kathryn chose this option because she had many more class choices by moving into the college than through the high school’s Honors and Advanced Placement programs.
The program offers all qualifying students a chance to earn FREE college credit. And I mean free, no tuition, no fees, no book charges, even the testing sheets are free. They can take one class or a full 2 year program.
This is education done right.”
