Arrest Summary Excerpt: “On 12/8/2017 I was dispatched to 2091 Commercial way (Advanced Auto Parts) which is located in Hernando County in reference to a suspicious vehicle a white Cadillac Deville bearing the Florida tag EMBQ27.
Upon my arrival, I made contact with the defendant, Philip Salone, who was standing by the driver’s side door on the outside of the vehicle. While speaking with the defendant, I observed a prescription bottle in plain view underneath the arm rest on the driver’s side seat. I was provided with the prescription bottle with the defendant’s name on it which contained a clear plastic baggie that had a clear crystal like substance which tested positive for Methamphetamine. The total weight of the baggie and the methamphetamine was .6 grams.
Let it be noted that the defendant is the owner of the vehicle.
The defendant was taken into custody and transported to the Hernando county jail where he was given a total bond of $3,000.00 and given a court date of 01/02/2018 court room E at 0830 hours.”

Upon my arrival, I made contact with the defendant in the parking lot of Springbrook Hospital. The defendant was asked to leave by the Nursing Supervisor due to the defendant acting irrational and hostile at the facility. The Nursing Supervisor then requested the defendant be trespass, at which time the defendant was advised by law enforcement of the trespass warning. The defendant was told four times to leave the property in front of the Nursing Supervisor. The defendant refused to leave.

Arrest Summary Excerpt: “On December 9, 2017 while driving southbound on Citrus Way I observed a gold Chevrolet Suburban which was towing a 4-door green car in front of me unable to maintain a single lane. The vehicle drove off the shoulder of the roadway multiple times as well as completely into the oncoming lane of traffic. Once contact was made with the defendant he stated that he was “distracted” and that the vehicle he was towing was “pulling me all over.” I then asked where he was heading and the defendant stated that he had just “traded something for the car” and was heading home to Lakeland. While talking to the defendant I asked if any weapons or illegal narcotics were in the vehicle and at that time he became very nervous and it took him a few seconds to reply “no” while refusing to make eye contact with me. During this interaction I could see a red tablet sitting in a cup holder of the center console which appeared to have a circle of white powdery substance on the back. When the defendant was asked about that item he grabbed it and rubbed his sleeve of his sweater across it while saying “it must be drywall.” I then advised the defendant to put down the tablet and exit the vehicle which he initially refused to do, once out of the vehicle I attempted to detain him and at that time he began pulling his arms from me and saying that he was not going to be arrested. I then recovered the tablet which still had residue on it. The substance on the tablet was field tested and came back positive for the presence of methamphetamine. The remainder of the vehicle was then searched which yielded a zippered bank bag which contained multiple containers. Inside of the containers I located two clear plastic baggies with crystal like substance inside of them as well as multiple clear baggies which contained residue, a cut plastic straw, a digital scale, and a metal spoon which also all contained methamphetamine residue. Also located inside that bag was a large quantity of new clear small plastic baggies and in the front passenger seat two brand new 100 count packs of clear plastic bags were located. The clear baggies containing the crystal like substance also field tested positive for methamphetamine and had a total combined weight of 3.7 grams.
The defendant was then placed under arrest, transported to the Hernando County Jail, Given a court date of 1/2/18 at 08:30 AM, and given a total bond of $22,000.00.”

Arrest Summary Excerpt: “On 12/09/2017, while traveling eastbound on Wiscon Road in Brooksville, FL., I observed a gray 1995 Buick four door, traveling in front of me. I observed said vehicle to have a crack in the vehicles left tail light, which caused a white light to admit from it. While I continued to follow said vehicle I detected the odor consistent with marijuana; however no other vehicles were in front of said vehicle or passing by in the opposite lane.
At this time a traffic stop was conducted on the defendant at the intersection of Wiscon Road and Horse Lake Road. The defendant’s identity was later confirmed via his Florida driver’s license. Upon approaching the vehicle I detected a strong odor of unburnt cannabis admitting from it. I then observed in plain view a clear plastic baggie which contained 2.6 grams of a green leafy substance on the front right passenger seat.
The defendant later admitted that it was his marijuana.
The green leafy substance later field tested positive via NARCO test.
The defendant was later placed under arrest and was transported to the Hernando County Detention Center, where he is being held on a $2000 and a mandatory court date of 01/03/2018, Courtroom B at 0900 hours.”

Arrest Summary Excerpt: “On 12102017, I responded to the residence located at… Rousseau Street in reference to a suspicious person. Upon my arrival contact was made with the defendant (Jay Gisler) who spontaneously stated, “I’m glad you’re here, I was digging for arrow heads and people are chasing me.” The defendant identified himself via his Florida driver’s license, at which time a check was conducted via FCIC/NCIC for wants and warrants which yielded negative results.
I did not observe the defendant to have any tools such as a shovel to confirm his explanation of digging for arrowheads, nor did the defendant’s hand appear dirty as if he was digging or sifting through dirt.
I then attempted contact with the defendant again, at which time he began walking backwards away from me stating, “You’re not the police, get away from me.” The defendant continued to walk away from me turning his body away from me in an attempt to run. Due to the defendant having no legitimate reason for being where he was in the early morning hours, and his attempt to flee, I attempted to take the defendant into custody at which time he pushed away from me taking flight West on Rousseau Street and South on Ancon Avenue. I identified my self as a Deputy and gave the defendant multiple commands to stop, however, he continued to flee.
The defendant was ultimately placed under arrest at …Ancon Avenue. The defendant was transported to the Hernando County Jail; however, was uncooperative on the way to the jail at which time this Deputy had to stop and restrain the defendant’s feet.
The defendant was given a bond of $1500.00 and a court date of 01032018 at 0900hrs, in courtroom B of the Hernando County Courthouse.”

Arrest Summary Excerpt: “On 12/11/2017 a traffic stop was conducted on a white 1994 Buick Century due to the driver, Melissa Shaw, not wearing her seatbelt. Said traffic stop was conducted in the Aarons parking lot located at 4801 Commercial Way.
The defendant identified herself via her Florida driver’s license. A check of the defendant’s license status via DAVID (Driver and Vehicle identification Database) revealed her license to have been suspended on 11/27/2017 for child support delinquency. It was also revealed that the defendant had two prior convictions for driving while license suspended or revoked on 08/24/2012 and 02/02/2015. Further investigation also revealed that defendant to have knowledge of her current suspension due to a court order.
While on scene Deputy B Cox deployed his K9 partner and conducted an exterior search of the vehicle. While doing said search the K9 did hit on the car, indicating the presence of contraband or narcotics.
A search of the car did reveal there to be a small clear baggie with a crystal like substance. A field test of the crystal like substance did reveal there to be a positive presence of methamphetamine. The defendant did admit to ownership of the found narcotic.
The defendant was then taken into custody and transported to the Hernando County Jail. Once at the jail the clear crystal like was weighed on a certified scale, which revealed its total weight to be 0.5 Grams with packaging. The defendant was given court date of 01/09/2017 and held on a bond of $4000.”

Upon my arrival contact was made with the defendant, who was staying in room 224. Upon speaking with the defendant who walked out of the restroom upon deputies arrival. While speaking with the defendant and informing her of the trespass, I observed in plain view a silver baggie containing a pink pill, as well as a white spoon which contained a trace amount of a clear crystal like substance consistent with that of methamphetamine. A search of the bathroom in which the defendant walked out of, revealed there to be a metal box containing, a purple scale which had trace amounts of a clear crystal like substance consistent with methamphetamine. The box also contained several clear baggies all of which were empty, as well as several syringes.Said scale was field tested, yielding positive results for the presence of methamphetamine. The defendant was placed under arrest and transported to the Hernando County jail without incident, where she is being held on a $1000.00 bond.”
