Arrest Summary Excerpt/Narrative: At 02/11/2018 00:43, “Brooksville Police Officers responded to the Murphy USA Gas Station in reference to a shooting. The investigation revealed that Jennifer Snell was in a verbal argument with an acquaintance of hers at the gas station. Snell brandished a handgun causing the other party to flee in his vehicle. Snell fired several rounds into the back of the vehicle as it drove away. Snell then chased the victim in her vehicle and rammed the victims car twice in the parking lot of WalMart. The victim’s car was also occupied by two other people who provided sworn statements. Brooksville Police Detectives conducted a thorough investigation, including interviews with Snell who admitted the offense and assisted in recovering the firearm used during the offense, a Glock 9mm, legally owned and possessed by Snell.
On 02/12/18, Snell was arrested and charged with 3 counts of Aggravated Assault with a firearm, 3 counts of aggravated assault with a vehicle, shooting into an occupied vehicle and improper display of a firearm. She was transported to Hernando county jail and held on $63,000 bond.”

On arrival I made contact with James Vitalone who stated his Ipad First Generation was taken from his home located at 7121 California Street last night by an unknown female who his wife let into the home. James stated he was tracking his Ipad and it was mapping at XXX Alice Street. Please see 2018-4200 for further on the theft.
I walked up to 5297 Alice Street and made contact with Ann Decelle who stated that she did not know anything about a stolen Ipad. I then could see a male walking around inside and asked him to step out. Joshua Decelle-Click stepped out.
While conducting the theft investigation, I checked FCIC NCIC and it showed that Ann had a domestic violence injunction against Joshua under 20161963DR that was served on 09-29-2016. The injunction stated that Condition 4 “The subject is required to stay away from the residence, property, school, or place of employment of the protected person or other family or household member.” The address listed on the injunction is 5297 Alice Street. It also stated condition 5 “the subject is restrained from communication with the protected person including but not limited to personal, written, or telephone, contact or anyone with whom the communication would be likely to cause annoyance or alarm the victim”
The injunction was confirmed as still active with the civil department.
At the conclusion of the theft investigation the Ipad was found to be in Josh’s possession but there was not probable cause to charge him with grand theft or dealing in stolen property at this time.
Joshua was placed under arrest for violation of a domestic violence injunction. He was transported to the Jail and held on a no bond status and issued a court date of 03-07-2018 at 0900 hours in Courtroom B.”

Arrest Summary Excerpt: “The defendant was in possession of 1 Oxycodone tablet, 32 Alprazolam tablets, 2 Hydroxyzine tablets, 1 Clonazepam tablet in an unmarked prescription bottle. There were also 32 unknown white oblong tablets and smaller pieces from broken tablets inside the prescription bottle as well. The defendant had this prescription bottle in his right front pants pocket and a used 1mL insulin syringe in his front left pants pocket.
The defendant was unresponsive and was in a possible overdose situation, resulting in him being transported to Bayfront Health Spring Hill for treatment. The defendant was admitted into the ER and treated overnight for the possible overdose.
The defendant was not arrested due to him being in the Emergency Room and the Probable Cause paperwork was completed. Warrant paperwork was completed and submitted so the defendant could be apprehended at a later time. The defendant was arrested prior to the warrant being signed.

Upon arrival, contact was made with the defendant, Elizabeth Swezey, in the garage. The defendant was holding a bag, which had a red liquid inside which I know to be wine due to previous encounters with the defendant drinking the same liquid. After speaking with the defendant, it was determined that she was to be taken into protective custody under the Marchman Act.

Arrest Summary Excerpt: “On 02/08/2018 at 2130 hours, the defendant committed domestic battery on the victim, Rachel Chou, by throwing a women’s stiletto heel boot at her, causing visible injury. The boot struck her in the head and wrist as she attempted to block the boot from striking her in the head. The defendant admitted to throwing the boot and striking the victim; photos were taken of the injury.
The defendant then committed witness tampering by preventing the victim from using her phone to contact law enforcement. The defendant was pleading with the victim not to contact law enforcement and was physically blocking her from reaching her phone. The defendant then took the phone off of the charger and kept it preventing the victim from contacting law enforcement. The defendant’s 14-year-old son, Chaz Chou, witnessed the witness tampering.
The defendant then convinced the victim not to call 911 promising to leave the country and go back to Taiwan in the morning. The defendant did not go to Taiwan and the victim contacted law enforcement.
Due to evidence of injury, the statement by the victim and witness and the defendant admitting to the battery, the defendant was then arrested accordingly. The defendant was transported to Hernando County Jail without incident and held on a no bond status for battery and a $5,000 bond for witness tampering. The defendant was given a court date of 03/06/2018 at 0900 hours in courtroom D.”

Arrest Summary Excerpt: “On 2/10/18, at approximately 1756 hours, I was dispatched to the Walmart located at 1485 Commercial Way in reference to a retail theft in progress. Upon arrival, I made contact with the complainant and Walmart Asset Protection (AP) employee, Mark. Mark advised that he observed a male subject, later identified as the defendant, Richard Reiter, shopping throughout the store. Mark stated he observed that the defendant use a large knife which was concealed in his pocket to cut open a package containing a wallet and cordless battery charger. The defendant was able to open this package then concealed the items in his front right pocket and left the area. Mark followed the defendant to the self-check out registers, where the defendant was observed scanning items and then putting these items along with several other items he did not scan in a bag. The defendant appeared to scan the items in attempts to deceive Walmart employees while bagging the other items he did not scan.
Mark made contact with the defendant, in front of the store as he attempted to exit with the items that were not payed for. The defendant complied with Mark and willingly agreed to walk to the AP office, which is where the defendant was at upon my arrival.
Before asking the defendant any questions, I read him his right from my agency issued Miranda Warning card. The defendant agreed to speak with me and advised that he did in fact take these items without paying and he was sorry. The defendant was sought to be in possession men’s socks valued at $5.98, a black shirt $3.00, a wallet $14.00, and a Fiberware knife $6.97, totaling $29.95. Walmart surveillance footage revealed the defendant not purchasing these items, passing all points of sale, and exiting the store.
Upon search incident to arrest, the defendant advised he had 2 knives and a hypodermic syringe needle in his possession. I recovered these items and observed 1 approximately 8 inch filet knife, and a 6 inch Fiberware fishing knife from his left rear pocket. I recovered an aspirin tube from the defendant’s right front pocket as well as a capped hypodermic syringe. The defendant advised the syringe and aspirin tube contained Dilaudid. Upon opening the tube, I recovered 2 halves of a white pill. After field testing this substance, It returned positive for Dilaudid, a controlled substance. The defendant advised he does not have a prescription for this substance.
The defendant was taken into custody and transported to the Hernando County Jail, where he was charged with one count of retail theft, two counts of carrying a concealed weapon, one count of possession of a controlled substance without a prescription, and one count of possession of drug paraphernalia. The defendant remains at the Jail with a total bond of $4,500.”

Arrest Summary Excerpt: “On 02-10-2018 I was dispatched to the area of Medical Park Lane and Hospital Boulevard in reference to a vehicle burglary which had just occurred. Upon arrival, contact was made with the victim, Brent Stocker, who advised that he was fishing in a pond located east of Medical Park Lane in which his vehicle (red 1988 Mazda RX-7 bearing Florida tag IGMG13) was parked on the access road also located to the east of Medical Park Lane in which the vehicle was out of sight from his location, unlocked, with the windows down. The victim advised while fishing, he heard his vehicle door close, at which time, he ran back to the vehicle and discovered a white female standing by the driver side door with the driver side door open.
The victim advised upon approaching the defendant, he observed her to be wearing his red fishing hat, brown Costa shirt, teal button up shirt which were all previously located in his teal book bag in the rear hatch of his vehicle. The victim further advised he observed the defendant to also be in possession of his social security card and insurance card, which were previously located in his middle console, a pocket knife that was located in the driver side door panel, and two fishing lures that were also located in his book bag.
The victim advised upon confronting the defendant and demanding she return his belongings, she then removed his clothing from her person and returned what belongings she had taken back into the vehicle. The victim advised the defendant than began walking towards the hospital, at which time he immediately contacted the Sheriff’s Office. The victim further advised that he did not know the defendant in any way, and that he had never met her before this incident. At that time, a K9 unit responded to the scene in which after a short track was completed, the defendant was located walking near a retention pond on the west side of Medical Park Lane just east of Bayfront Health Brooksville Hospital. The defendant, who was identified as Catherine Faust by her name, date of birth, and social security, was then detained, at which time, she was read Miranda.
Post Miranda the defendant advised that she knew the victim and that she was just “chilling” inside the vehicle and trying on the victim’s clothes. The defendant further advised that upon the victim returning to the vehicle, she returned all of his belonging and walked away. The defendant was unable to advise how she knew the victim, other than being old friends from “Floral City”. At that time, the defendant advised she no longer wished to talk without a lawyer, in which she was placed in the rear seat of my patrol vehicle. Upon again making contact with the victim, he advised after looking through the vehicle, he discovered another knife, which was located in the driver side door, and a red screwdriver were still missing from the vehicle.
Due to these items not being located on the defendant upon detaining her, I then again made contact with the defendant and asked if she was willing to talk about the location of the victim’s knife to which she advised that she would. The defendant then stated that she only removed one knife from the vehicle on of the driver side door and that she placed that knife back in the door when the victim discovered her. At that time the defendant was placed under arrest and transported to the Hernando County Jail without incident and charged with burglary of a conveyance. The defendant was issued a bond of $5,000.00 and given a court date of 03-06-2018 at 0900 hours in courtroom D.”

The defendant was standing near a truck that was parked in the yard of the residence. While the defendant was speaking with Law Enforcement, I observed the defendant drop a red bandana on the ground. Arrest Summary Excerpt: “On 2/10/18 while on routine patrol on Deltona Blvd in Spring Hill I observed a blue 2001 Lexus bearing FL tag BUYN87 make an illegal U turn in the middle of Deltona Blvd near the intersection of Dora St, the vehicle then stopped on the shoulder of the roadway with its rear left tire still in the roadway over the white line.
I then conducted a traffic stop on the vehicle, upon making contact with the defendant who identified himself with a Florida driver’s license. I smelled the odor of Marijuana omitting from the vehicle. I then asked the defendant to step out of the vehicle, to which the defendant complied. I asked the defendant why I smelled the odor of Marijuana and he replied “I have weed in my left pocket”. I then located a clear bag with a green leafy substance which appeared to be Marijuana. I then located a small clear bag which contained 15 yellow pills with the markings T194. I then located a black zippered pouch in the left cargo pocket; inside of the pouch I located 5 clear bags with a white crystal substance that appeared consistent with methamphetamine. Using drug test kit 923 all 5 bags of clear crystal substance tested positive for methamphetamine, using test kit 7609. The green leafy substance tested positive for marijuana. A search in Drugs.com identified the 15 yellow pills with the markings of T194 as Oxycodone.
Using Scale OHAUS model # C305-P SN 23392 the total weight for the marijuana was 9.0 grams, the total weight for the Oxycodone weighed at 6.9 grams, and the total weight for the methamphetamine weighed at 2.8 grams.
The defendant did not have a prescription on him for 15 pills of Oxycodone.
The defendant did not wish to talk to Law enforcement about the said items that were found in his cargo pockets.
The defendant received a verbal warning for the traffic violations and was arrested and transported to the Hernando County Jail. The defendant received a court date of 3/9/2018 courtroom E at 0830. The defendant is being held on a total bond of $36,000”

Arrest Summary Excerpt: “On 2/11/12, while conducting traffic enforcement on Northcliffe Blvd, I observed a gold, Chrysler 300 bearing the Florida tag Y26-IWM fail to come to a complete stop at the stop sign located at Lamson Ave and Northcliffe Blvd. The defendant, John Flores, then proceeded to travel westbound on Northcliffe Blvd.
I got behind the vehicle and activated my emergency lights. A traffic stop was conducted at the intersection of Landover Blvd and Clyburn St. Upon making contact with the defendant, I was able to detect a smell of what appeared to be marijuana omitting from the vehicle, as well as a pink pack of White Owl Cigars in plain view on the passenger seat. When asking the defendant to provide this affiant with his driver’s license, the defendant stated “no.” This affiant asked the defendant three more times to provide a driver’s license, and the defendant continued to state “no.”
Due to the smell of marijuana omitting from the vehicle, and the defendant refusing to identify himself I ordered the defendant to step out of the vehicle. The defendant then stated, “I’m not going to give you anything or do anything” thus opposing this affiant of being detained. This affiant then removed the defendant from the vehicle and placed the defendant in the back of my patrol vehicle.
The defendant was placed under arrest and transported to the Hernando County Jail without incident. The defendant was issued a $1,000 bond and given a court date for 3/7/18, at 0900 hours, at the Hernando County Courthouse.”
