Easy Festive Shrimp and Fettuccine
Ingredients
2 tbsp butter
1lb med shrimp shelled & deveined
½ cup driced green pepper
1 large garlic clove minced
1/8 tsp crushed red pepper
1 can zesty/seasoned tomato sauce
½ cup water
Hot cooked Fettuccine or Choice of Pasta
Directions
Skillet cook add butter, shrimp, green pepper, garlic,crushed pepper until shrimp cooked. Hint: could also cook shrimp before adding to mixture, it is good too. When ready add tomato sauce and water. Heat and serve over fettuccine or choice pasta
