The BarbieCue food truck has a slogan stating that it serves the “sexist BBQ in Florida!” All I can say about that is the young man who served me did not happen to look like the woman on their truck. You can find the food truck at Marker 48 on Wednesday through Saturday from 12:00 pm to 8:00 pm. They also state that everything is fresh, never frozen, and homemade including all their rubs and sauces.
BarbieCue offers a number of meats and sides. The meats they offer are smoked ribs, pork, chicken, and brisket. They also have a variety of sides.
The sandwich I ordered came with two sides. The collards were tasty but did not have a prominent bacon flavoring, although the menu does say they are cooked with bacon. I also had the mac and cheese. The mac and cheese is advertised on their menu as “smoky, cheesy and amazing.” The smoky part, I did not find to be true, but it was pretty good nonetheless. To me the mac and cheese had a parmesan flavoring, although I don’t know if they use parmesan in preparing it. 
I ordered the pulled pork and angus beef brisket sandwich called the double deuce. It is a hardy sandwich with an ample amount of meat. They give you a choice of sauces. I chose the original barbeque sauce, which is mild but flavorful. The double deuce at BarbieCue is a great meal under 10 bucks and you can’t beat the location.
