Alejandro’s Mexican Restaurant is located just south of the intersection of state roads 50 and 41. It is in the strip mall located just north of and across the street from Walmart. The restaurant opened in January and Alejandro says business is going well.

A great thing about Alejandro’s is that Alejandro may stop by your table to see how you are doing. The staff is an extension of Alejandro and very concerned that you are having a great meal. Our waitress Jael was very conscientious and apologized when we had to wait even a few minutes for our food.
While you are reading the menu, they provide chips and salsa. The salsa is cooked and tastes a little like marinara sauce. Overall the salsa is very good. They have several flavors of margarita including mango, strawberry, and original. We ordered the small margarita, the large margarita could be used as a fish bowl.
We ordered the beef chimichanga, steak fajitas and chicken flautas. The entrees each came with a side of rice and beans. The fajitas and flautas were served with guacamole while the flautas and chimichanga had a special sauce.

The flautas are very scrumptious. The chicken was tender and juicy. Sour cream is drizzled over the top. The rice was soft not chewy. The bean were very good.
The portions were generous and the food was very good overall.
The restaurant is located on 7380 Broad Street in Brooksville. They can be contacted at (352) 593-4352 or you can find them on facebook. They are open everyday of the week.
