The 2018 Sunwest Crab & Shrimp Festival includes free bounce houses, free crab races, free photo booths, open play corn hole, a crab claw eating contest, tons of food, carnival rides and live bands all day. Saturday will feature classic rock bands with a Tom Petty Tribute at 6:30pm from The Petty Hearts. Sunday will feature southern rock / country bands with Tallahassee’s #1 band Tobacco Rd playing at 2:30pm. Friday night is Free Entry with a $5 entry charge on Sat & Sun. Free entry ticket when parking inside SunWest Park ($5 parking charge) and Sunday is the Crab Hatter’s Party so wear a crab hat for a free drink (beer, lemonade, iced tea, etc) and to win prizes. Entry and beer proceeds will benefit The Stano Foundation and Gulfside Hospice & Pasco Palliative Care.
