“Contact was made with the victim, Michael Patterson, who advised that he is married to the defendant, Patricia Kirshy-Patterson, and they live together as a family at this location. Michael advised that he and the defendant engaged in a heated verbal altercation. Michael advised that the defendant then grabbed him by his shirt and proceeded to strike his face and scratch him. Michael did have a minor laceration to the right side of his lower lip and an abrasion that appeared to consistent with a scratch mark on his left cheek.
“Contact was made with the defendant who advised that the physical altercation occurred in the bedroom; the defendant then recanted her statement and advised that Michael “attacked” her on the living room couch. The defendant advised that Michael “punched” her chest so she “hit him in his face to get him off of me.” It should be noted that there were no marks or injuries on the defendant that appeared to be consistent with her statement. There were also no signs of a physical altercation where the living room couch was located.
“The defendant was then placed under arrest and transported to the Hernando County Jail without incident. The defendant is currently being held on a no-bond status, per the bond schedule. The defendant was given a misdemeanor court date of 3/1/17 Courtroom C at 0900 hours.”

“On February 2, 2017, was dispatched to the Home Depot located at 4765 Commercial Way, Spring Hill, Florida in reference to a grand theft.
“Upon arriving, I made contact with Craig Weeks, the Asset Protection Manager for Home Depot. Craig advised that an employee by the name of Cydney Douthit (the defendant) has been stealing money from the cash register between the dates of December 23, 2016 and January 31, 2017. Craig had video surveillance of the defendant taking money out of the register, crumbling it up, and then placing it into her apron. The defendant has stolen $1,120.00 (cash) in total.
“I made contact with the defendant, at which time I read the defendant Miranda warning, via the Hernando County Sheriff’s Office issued Miranda warning card. The defendant understood her rights and she wished to talk to me about this case.
“The defendant advised in the end of December 2016, she started to steal money from the register by crumbling it up and placing into her apron. The defendant would also hide money under her cellphone. The defendant stated that she stole the money to pay for her child’s daycare, food, rent, medical bills, and utilities. The defendant advised she stopped taking money from the register at the end of January.
“The defendant was placed under arrest for Grand Theft in violation of Florida State Statute 812.014(2)(c)(1) and transported to the Hernando County Jail without incident.
“Due to the defendant being cooperative in this investigation, she will be released on her own recognizance. The defendant has a court date of February 28, 2017 at 0830 hours in courtroom E.”

Cheri was given several verbal commands to “Calm down” to which she ignored. While attempting to deescalate the argument, the defendant ran up to Michael and shoved him in the back with both hands as he was attempting to walk up a staircase.

The defendant was asked to exit the vehicle and he admitted to having a suspended FL driver’s license and being convicted of so more than twice.

“While on scene of a trespass located at 17230 Wiscon Road, Brooksville, Florida the defendant did approach this Deputy in an aggressive manner screaming “what the — are you here for, you need to —-ing leave.” The defendant continued to place his hands in his pockets after being asked to remove them on several occasions. The defendant continued to scream profanities at this Deputy. The defendant while placing his hands in his pockets again screamed “I’m going to kill you —-ing white boy”, placing immediate fear in the Deputy that the defendant was going to cause immediate harm to my person.
The defendant was placed under arrest and transported to the Hernando County Jail.
While on the way to the jail the defendant made several statements that “I hate all white people for what you did to my ancestors.” The defendant went on to state “I will remember your face, next time I see you, you’re dead white boy, I will shoot you, I’m not scared, you are dead.”

“On 01302017 at approximately 1200 hours responded to the address of 2099 Gold Road and spoke to the defendant’s daughter… who stated that she witnessed her father, the defendant push her mother… and then pour a beer over her head because they were arguing regarding getting rid of the family cat.
“Once inside the residence, I observed Michelle’s shirt to be wet with beer and broken glass throughout the kitchen. Michelle first stated her shirt was wet with water from cleaning and then admitted it was beer, but did not explain how it got on her. Michelle stated that she and the defendant had been married for approximately 19 years. I then questioned the defendant and he could not explain how Michelle got the beer on her and he refused to provide any further information.
“The defendant was then taken into custody and began to complain of chest pains. The defendant was then transported to the Oak Hill Community Hospital Emergency Room by Hernando County Fire Rescue #3. Hospital staff advised that the defendant would be admitted to the hospital. The defendant is being given a court date of 02152017 and will be held on a no bond status.”

George advised that he and Tyrique wrestled to the floor, at which time the defendant jumped on his back and proceeded to strike George on the back of his head. George advised that he then pushed the defendant off of him and kicked the defendant to the floor. George advised that he then ordered both subjects to leave the residence and they complied.
“Contact was made with Janet… George’s wife whose statement was consistent with George’s. Janet advised that George and Tyrique engaged in a heated verbal altercation at which time Tyrique struck George. She advised that the defendant then jumped on George’s back and proceeded to strike George on the back of his head.
“Contact was made with Isaiah… Tyrique’s little brother. Isaiah statement was consistent with both George’s and Janet’s. Isaiah advised that Tyrique struck George first, and that the defendant jumped on George’s back and “punched my dad’s head.’
“Tyrique advised that a “shoving match started between us.” Tyrique advised that he could not remember who shoved who first. Tyrique then stated that the defendant jumped on George’s back in efforts to break up the fight. Tyrique advised that George then pushed the defendant off of him and proceeded to punch and kick the defendant to the floor.
“Post Miranda, the defendant claimed that George struck Tyrique in the face first. The defendant advised that he then jumped on George’s back and proceeded to punch George to get him off of Tyrique. The defendant advised that George pushed him off and then punched and kicked the defendant on the floor.
“The defendant was then placed under arrest and transported to the Hernando County Jail without incident. The defendant is currently being held on a no bond status per the bond schedule. The defendant was given a misdemeanor court date of 2/15/17 court room B, at 0900 hours.

“On 01292017, I conducted a follow up for…. a grand theft under case #2017-01997. Deputy B informed me he had probable cause for arrest for defendant Anthony lacino for grand theft. Deputy B stated the defendant currently has a suspended FL driver’s license, operates a red Chevrolet pickup truck…. and is currently attending church at 18924 County Line Road (Victorious Life Church, Pasco County).
Upon traveling eastbound on County Line Road observed a vehicle matching this description make a left hand turn traveling westbound on County Line Road. Upon the vehicle passing me, I confirmed the identity of the driver to be that of the defendant Anthony lacino.
I conducted a U-turn now heading westbound on County Line Road. I activated my emergency lights and conducted a traffic stop on the red Chevrolet pickup truck… at the intersection of Linden Drive and Zarbis Drive.
Upon making contact with the driver, Anthony lacino, informed him the reason for the traffic stop. The defendant willingly exited his vehicle, at which time placed him into custody and transported him to the Hernando County Detention Center for Driving While License Suspended/Revoked with Knowledge.
It should be noted; the defendant has eight (8) outstanding current suspensions: on 08212012, 10012012, 11052012, 12052012, 01.072013,053.12016, 07272016, 01192017, and a current pending suspension for O2202017.
The defendant is being held on a $1,000 bond.

Affiant made contact with the victim, Josie…, who advised on today’s date she and the defendant were at Sunset Lounge and the defendant had struck her multiple times to the face. Josie advised she and the defendant have had ongoing family related problems, however did not go into further details. Affiant did observe injuries to Josie such as a swollen and blood shot right eye, redness to her right cheek, redness underneath her jaw bone, and a red mark on the back of her neck. Affiant also observed a minor lacerations to Josie’s forehead and a small red mark on Josie’s right forearm. Both Josie and the defendant advised they are first cousins, related by blood, and did reside together as a family unit for approximately four to five months in Hernando County…
“On 01/29/2017, at a later time, Affiant made contact with the defendant at the WaWa convenience store located at 12984 Cortez Boulevard, Brooksville, Hernando County. The defendant did admit to all allegations made against her and stated that she had let her anger get the best of her.

Excerpt: “On 01-28-2017 at 1209 hours, responded to …Shangri Drive in reference to a possible residential burglary in progress. James White called the Sheriff’s Office and stated that he received a phone call from Jennifer Mays who possibly lives at …Shangri Drive, stating that his (James’) house was being broken into. James was in Georgia and was unable to come home.
Upon arrival, we observed the front door to be open and we cleared the house finding no one or any signs of a forced entry. In the bedroom on the west side of the home was a printed page from the Hernando County Property Appraiser’s website with this listed address with the homeowner listed as James White. I made contact with James by phone and he told me Jennifer (who lives down the road) told him the home was being broken into. I informed him the home looked fine and we locked the door. James would not tell me his address in Georgia or the phone number for Jennifer.
I then responded to …Shangri Drive in an attempt to make contact with the initial witness. I knocked on the door and could see a child peeking out of the window. A few minutes later, 10-year-old Lillian Barnes opened the door. I then made contact with Lillian and asked her where her mother or father was located. Lillian stated that she was home alone with her 5-year-old brother, Liam Barnes. Liam then ran outside and appeared that he was suffering from some type of development disorder and he was yelling. It also appeared that he was wearing a diaper under his pants and fecal matter was coming out of it, and fecal matter was covering his pants and shirt.
I then asked Lillian if she knew the difference between… truth and a lie and she demonstrated that she did and stated that she would tell the truth. I then asked Lillian where her mother was and she stated that her mother left for work around 10:00 last night and she has not come home yet. Lillian stated that she is taking care of her brother, Liam, who is Autistic and she has been trying to keep watch of him. Lillian stated that her mother works a lot.
I then Walked inside the home and tried to find an adult and no one was home. I then asked Lillian if she was able to call her mother and she stated her cellphone was dead and she had no way of getting a hold of her. I asked Lillian how or who she would call for help in an emergency and Lillian told me she had no way of contacting anyone. Lillian then provided me with her mother’s cell phone number and there was no answer. Lillian stated she could try to use a messaging app on her tablet. Lillian was able to make contact with her mother after a few minutes on the app and her mother, Laura Barnes, then called the landline phone that was found to be on a charger inside of an entertainment center.
I made contact with Laura on the phone and she stated that she was at a funeral and she would be home in approximately 20 minutes. This was at approximately 1330 hours.
I again made contact with Lillian and asked if she was able to change her brother’s diaper and she stated he mother takes care of that. I asked her what she had to eat this morning and she stated she made her and her brother waffles. I asked what she had for dinner last night and she told me that her mother made them hotdogs and then left the home. I found two hotdogs on a plate that was sitting on the floor of Lillian’s bedroom on the south side of the home.
then made contact with the on call Department of Children and Families (DCF) investigator Martha Money who responded.
While waiting for DCF to respond, the children’s grandmother, Janelle Barnes, arrived. Janelle stated she lives a few roads down. Janelle further stated Laura called her this morning and stated she was going to a funeral, and she was leaving at around 0900 hours and was going to be gone for a few hours. Janelle stated that Laura stated to her that she informed Lillian to call her if there were any problems, but they were fine to be left alone. I asked Janelle where Laura worked and she told me that Laura collects disability and is unable to work.
More than an hour, later Laura arrived home. I asked her what took so long and she stated her boyfriend did not want to leave the funeral of a family friend and it took him a while to leave. Laura stated that she left the home at around 0900 hours today and walked down the road to her boyfriend’s house. I asked her what time she left last night and she said she left the house at around 2200 hours to walk her boyfriend’s dogs, but insists that she came home after that. I asked her why does her daughter thinks she works when she does not have a job. Laura stated that she “helps out” her boyfriend at his job at a local bar but does not receive any money from it because she receives a disability payment, and she tells her daughter that she works because she is gone so much. I asked her who changes Liam’s diaper and she stated she does and she stated she did not think she would be gone for so long. Laura stated that Liam is Autistic.
Based on the fact that the children were left home alone for an extended time, Lillian was unable to care for Liam (who was found to be in a soiled diaper), and due to the fact there was no way for the children to contact anyone in an emergency; I placed Laura under arrest for two counts child neglect.
It should be noted that there was a DCF allegation that was investigated on 08-14-2016 where Lillian was accused of leaving the Lillian and Liam at home with no supervision.
Laura was transported to the jail without incident where she was held on a total bond of $4,000.00 with a felony court date of 02-21-2017 at 1315 hours in courtroom D.”

“On 01/28/2017, at approximately 0042 hours, Affiant was dispatched to… Elgin Blvd, Spring Hill, Hernando County in reference to a drunk pedestrian. Affiant made contact with the complainant, Kevin… Kevin advised to Affiant that while he was inside of his residence at …Elgin Blvd, the defendant began banging and yelling profanities at his front door. Kevin also stated that the defendant began throwing her personal belongings at the front door and was attempting to open the front door. Kevin was in fear that the defendant was going to enter into the residence, therefore he had to arm himself with his personal firearm until the arrival of Law Enforcement.
The defendant was uncooperative with the investigation and began screaming, therefore she was detained. The defendant was unable to stand on her own without assistance, her speech was heavily slurred, and her eyes were watery and bloodshot.
Due to the defendant kicking Affiant’s passenger side rear window, she was given a short burst of pepper spray for her compliance.
Post Miranda, the defendant did admit to consuming too much alcohol, which the defendant further advised she had drank Tequila.
The defendant was placed into custody for Disorderly intoxication and was transported to the Hernando County Detention Center, Without further incident.
The defendant was placed on a $500.00 bond and was given a court date of 02/15/2017 in Courtroom B at 0900 hours.”

“The victim and defendant dated for one month approximately two months ago, and were intimate, but never resided together and have no children in common.
The defendant approached the victim at 450 Beverly Court, Spring Hill, FL (Pasco Hernando State College) and advised him she wanted to speak with him about an incident in her past. The victim did not wish to speak with her, and left on his motorcycle. The defendant followed the victim to the gate of his subdivision. The victim did not want the defendant going to his residence and turned around and drove through the Lakewood Plaza. The defendant continued to follow.
The defendant was following the victim as they then began to drive through the Regency Oaks subdivision at speeds that the defendant advised were between 50 to 70 miles per hour.
The driverside of the defendant’s white 2004 Pontiac Grand Prix pulled alongside the victim, who was on his motorcycle, then struck the victim who then pulled over to the side of the road (5155 Panther Dr, Spring Hill, FL). The defendant made a u-turn and realigned her car, yelled at the victim, and then accelerated towards the victim, who was still on his motorcycle.
The defendant’s vehicle struck the victim’s motorcycle causing it to fall over on his leg, which received minor injury. There was white paint transfer from the defendant’s vehicle on the victim’s motorcycle. There were tire tracks consistent with the allegations. The defendant admitted to the offense and advised she was determined to get him to listen.”

The defendant exited from the Walmart registers passing all points of sales. Asset prevention H. Rivera detained the defendant until affiant’s arrival. H. Rivera advised this crime is documented on security cameras.
The defendant admitted to this crime advising he is homeless and was intending on selling the Champagne to another homeless man in exchange for money.
