Bigun’s BBQ is located in one of the long narrow buildings in front of the powerlines on Sunshine Grove Road near the intersection with State Road 50. The restaurant is easily noticeable from the street and it has a large smiling pig’s head on the side of the building.
There are a number of individuals who will only eat at BBQ places with a pig on the building so this fits the bill.
Tuesdays are Taco Tuesdays where you can get a pork taco for $1.59. The tacos come with pulled pork, cole slaw, and cheddar cheese. I ordered three. On any other day you get an entree with two pork tacos and a side. The combination was interesting.

Biguns is owned by David and Tami. They recently had their 25th year at Bigun’s. The name Bigun’s comes from previous owner James McLamb who was 6’5’’ tall. David and Tami kept the name when they purchased the restaurant.

They serve a selection of barbecue meats ribs, brisket, turkey, pulled pork, and chicken. In addition to the barbecue meats, there is a nice selection of entrees, sandwiches, wraps, and even have a selection of seafood.
