Cheddar’s Scratch Kitchen is opening a location in Brooksville on Cortez Blvd a little west of Mariner Blvd. They are located next to the Tijuana Flats that recently opened.
Cheddar’s serves American Fare. They are a large restaurant with an expansive menu. The were founded in Arlington, Texas in 1979. Cheddar’s was in the news recently for their March 27th purchase by Darden Restaurants for $780 million in a cash transaction. Darden’s other restaurant chains are Olive Garden, LongHorn Steakhouse, Yard House, The Capital Grille, Seasons 52, Bahama Breeze and Eddie V’s.
Cheddars is currently hiring for this location and is planning on opening January 30th.
