Chipotle Mexican Grill is opening in just a few weeks. Barring any delays, the restaurant will open at 10:45 a.m. on Thursday, Feb. 16 and normal hours of operation will be 10:45 a.m. to 10 p.m., seven days per week. They are located at Coastal Way Plaza at 13208 Cortez Blvd, Brooksville, FL 34601
