On Tuesday, May 2, 2017, the City of Brooksville held its annual Volunteer Appreciation Reception. This reception recognizes individuals who graciously donate their time and talents to the City of Brooksville. This year the City was very fortunate to have approximately 122 volunteers who provided valuable service to our community.

Alan Garman has served on the Parks & Recreation Advisory Board since June 1992 (almost 25 years). Mr. Garman is a true asset to the community as is reflected in his willingness to serve on the Parks & Recreation Advisory Board and to donate his time to the City.
VOLUNTEER OF THE YEAR AWARD
George Rodriguez has served on the Planning & Zoning Advisory Board since July 1998 (almost 29 years). Mr. Rodriguez is an incredible asset to the City, and is always willing to volunteer his time and services to the City.
