Spiced Rum Balls
Ingredients
1⁄2 Cup Spiced Rum
3 Cups Vanilla Wafer Crumbs
1⁄2 Tsp. Vanilla Extract
1⁄2 Cup Clear Karo Syrup
31⁄2 Cups Grounded Walnuts
Confectioners’ Sugar
Directions
Crush Vanilla Wafer (fine)
Crush/Ground Walnuts (fine)
Combine all ingredients except confectioners’ surgar.
Shape into 1 inch balls.
Roll balls in confectioners’ sugar
Store in tightly covered container.
Keep in refrigerator until ready to serve.
