“On 01/13/2017, I was backing up Deputy R. Hoffland on a traffic stop. While speaking to the driver, the driver advised that he resides at Indian Trail Road and that a Lindsey Dotson that had been previously trespassed from the residence was in the back yard having a camp fire. I then responded to the residence where I made contact with Lindsey Dotson. While speaking to Lindsey, she admitted she had been previously trespassed from the residence but that she believed the trespass had been lifted. I was able to confirm that she is still currently trespassed using a computer check and Teletype. I also made contact with the owner of the residence, Theodore Sherman, who had initiated the complaint in reference to Lindsey’s trespass. Theodore stated that he forgot to lift the trespass on Lindsey and kept apologizing to her in my presence. Lindsey was then placed under arrest and transported to the Hernando County Jail. While on the way to the jail, Lindsey advised she had “meth” on her person. Lindsey was able to remove a small Ziploc baggie from her right front pocket that contained a crystal like substance. The crystal like substance had a total combined weight of 1.2 grams. Using Narco test, the crystal like substance tested positive for methamphetamines. Lindsey was charged as follows, 1 count of trespass and 1 count of possession of methamphetamines with a total bond of $6,000 per the bond schedule. Lindsey was advised of her upcoming court date set for 02/07/2017 at 0900 hours, in courtroom D.”

“The defendant and victim have resided together in the past as if a family, however at this time the defendant and victim are no longer dating but still reside in the same dwelling, making this domestic in nature. On 01/13/2016 the defendant was in his bedroom at his residence located at Landover Boulevard, Spring Hill, Florida 34609 when the victim (Kelly Cook) began to yell at the defendant through the bedroom door over a bottle of Vodka. During the verbal altercation the victim knocked a picture off the wall which caused the defendant to come out of his room and confront the victim. As the verbal altercation continued in the hallway, the victim pulled a poster that was taped to the wall off the wall. This angered the defendant who then grabbed the victim by her throat and pushed her up against the wall. The victim had red marks on her neck and throat area consistent with the allegations and advised her airway had been constricted. The defendant was then placed into custody and transported to the Hernando County Jail without incident. The defendant was provided a court date of 02/07/2017 in Courtroom D at 0900 hours. “On 01-13-17, the defendant, William Connolly was operating a beige Hyundai Sonata southbound on Mariner Boulevard near Portillo Road. The defendant failed to stop for traffic which was backed up at the Landover Boulevard traffic light. The defendant crashed into the rear of a beige Buick LeSabre which was being operated by Jennifer St. Peter. The impact caused Jennifer’s vehicle to strike the rear of a Ford F150, which was operated by Nathan Baptie. All three vehicles sustained damage. After impact, all three driver’s agreed to move their vehicles off the roadway. Jennifer and Nathan entered the Pinecrest Funeral Home parking lot, but the defendant fled the scene traveling southbound on Mariner Boulevard. Deputy N. Kent located the defendant traveling southbound on Mariner Boulevard near County Line Road. He conducted a traffic stop and made contact with the defendant (only occupant). Post Miranda, the defendant confirmed that he was involved in a crash. He also admitted he left the scene because the other female driver angered him. Deputy Kent noticed several signs of impairment and placed the defendant under arrest for DUI (HCSO Case #2017-01296). Deputy Kent transported the defendant to the Hernando County Detention Center where he requested two samples of his breath. He agreed and the results were 0.159 and 0.161 (grams of alcohol per 210 liters of breath). The defendant is being held on $1,500 bond per the bond schedule.”

“The victim Adrain… whom provided verbal and written testimony advised his son/defendant struck him, grabbed him and attempted to choke him while inside of his vehicle and while operating his vehicle because he (victim) refused to take his son to buy his pills. The victim had marks, abrasions and redness supporting his testimony. These marks were observed on his back, neck and chest. These marks were photographed and the photos were submitted into evidence. The defendant was located at Medical Blvd. I gave lawful verbal commands several times ordering the defendant to the ground. The defendant failed to comply with the orders. The defendant was directed to the ground by Deputy E. Varrichio. Affiant gave verbal commands for the defendant to stop resisting. The defendant attempted to defeat our efforts to gain control by tensing up and not allowing his arms to be placed behind his back. The defendant continued not complying and even said for us to shoot him. Affiant and Deputy E. Varrichio was able to gain control of the defendant due to the assistance of affiant’s taser being deployed. The defendant was arrested, informed of his charge and transported to the Hernando County Jail. No bond was given on the domestic violence charge. The defendant was given a bond of $1000.00 for resisting an officer without violence.”

“On 01/14/2017, Lieutenant P. Lakin was traveling northbound on Commercial Way when he observed a white Ford Mustang exiting the Motel 6 located at Commercial Way. The vehicle failed to come to a complete stop at the stop sign. Lieutenant Lakin conducted at traffic stop on said vehicle. Contact was made with the driver, who identified himself as Christopher Madden. Christopher advised that he did not have a valid driver’s license. Christopher consented to a search of the vehicle. A computer check in DAVID and ELVIS showed that Christopher had a revoked Florida license as of 10/17/2007, for DUI. There were also three other suspensions on 11/15/2010, 01/18/2011, and 04/11/2011 for failure to pay traffic fines and one more on 08/13/2012 for failure to pay court obligation. Christopher was placed under arrest and transported to the Hernando County Jail without incident.”

“On 01/14/2017, while in the area of the Coastal Way Shopping Center, we were made aware of a suspicious person. We were then made aware of a retail theft which had occurred at the location of Marshall’s, located at 7143 Coastal Blvd. The description was given out of the subject, who was then located and identified as Joel Lawrance Rizzo. The defendant was positively identified by the staff at Marshall’s as the subject who passed all points of sale without paying for a pair of sneakers. The defendant denied all allegations. I did observe the video surveillance, which revealed the defendant passing all points of sale and exiting Marshall’s with said pair of sneakers. It should be noted that at this time, the defendant was wearing said sneakers. The defendant was taken into custody and charged with Retail Theft. The sneakers were returned to Marshall’s. Upon arrival contact was made with the defendant on the property, who provided a Sworn Written Statement admitting to punching Liza… in the face during a verbal argument that became physical. Contact was made with Liza… who reported that her boyfriend, the defendant, arrived at the residence intoxicated, started a verbal argument, shoved Liza and punched her in her right eye. Liza advised she fought back to defend herself. “On 01/14/2017 at approximately 2051 hours, writer observed a 06’ silver Ford Taurus, stopped at the stop sign on Heidi Lane and Kirkwood Avenue, Spring Hill, Hernando County, Florida 34608. The aforementioned vehicle was stopped/standing at the stop sign for an extended amount of time with no taillights or headlights operational. A traffic stop was conducted on the vehicle at the above location for the traffic violation. Contact was made with the driver, the defendant, Elizabeth Almond. The defendant consented to a search of the interior vehicle and its contents. The defendant advised this writer prior to the search of the vehicle that there is a tin box under the driver’s seat that contained “needles.” The defendant advised she is “an IV drug user.” The defendant advised she recreationally uses Dilaudid and she is not prescribed said narcotic. Upon search of the interior of the vehicle, writer observed a “Frozen” tin container which contained 3 hypodermic syringes, a metal spoon with a pink/white residue and a green straw. The residual liquid and the residue on the spoon both field tested positive for opiates (Narco test kit #7602). Based on the aforementioned information, probable cause did exist for the arrest of the defendant for Ct1. Possession of Paraphernalia, bond $1,000.00. The defendant was transported to the Hernando County Jail where she was given a court date of 02/08/2017 at 0900 hours in Courtroom C.”

“On 01/14/2017 at or about 2140 hours, I was conducting proactive patrol in the area of Spring Hill Drive and Mariner Boulevard, Spring Hill, Hernando County. I observed a 2006 black Chrysler Crossfire traveling westbound on Spring Hill Drive, failing to maintain its lane. I conducted a traffic stop at the intersection of Carrin Road and Bannister Street. I made contact with the driver, the defendant Bryer Zavitz. The defendant consented to a search of her vehicle and the contents within, at which time before the search was conducted, the defendant advised “you will find a small black and brown purse with rigs inside.” The defendant further stated she uses the “rigs” to inject the drug Diluadid. The defendant advised she does not have a prescription for the drug Diluadid. A search of the vehicle revealed the small black purse on the driver’s side seat, which contained 3 metal spoons with white/pink powder residue. The brown purse revealed a small clear plastic baggy which contained trace amounts of a crystal-like substance which field tested positive for Methamphetamine (Narco test kit #923), total weight with baggy 0.2 grams. The brown purse also contained multiple spoons with white powdered residue and multiple hypodermic needles. (1) one hypodermic syringe contained a cloudy liquid with small pink fragments of residue which tested positive for an Opioids (Nacro test kit #7602). The defendant was charged with 1 count Possession of Methamphetamine, 1 count Possession of Controlled Substance, 1 count Possession of Paraphernalia. The defendant was issued a court date of 02/07/2017 Courtroom D, at 0900 hours with a total bond of $5,000.00. “On 01-14-17, I responded to Hammock Rd, in reference to an Assault. Upon arrival, contact was made with the victim, Megan… The victim stated that her live-in ex-boyfriend, the defendant, Dakota Weiss, whom she shares children in common with, threatened her. The victim advised that she, the defendant, their children and two witnesses, were all at their residence located at Campbell Dr, Brooksville. The victim stated she was leaving the home due to the defendant drinking alcohol. The victim grabbed her daughter and was walking towards her vehicle outside of the home. The victim advised the defendant then grabbed a large pitchfork and held it in an outright position. The defendant then proceeded to walk swiftly towards the victim with the pitchfork facing outright. The victim stated she was in fear that the defendant was going to hit her with the pitchfork. The victim then quickly got into her vehicle at which time the defendant stabbed the front driver side tire with the pitch fork. I spoke with the two independent witnesses. Both witnesses stated that they witnessed the defendant come after the victim with the pitchfork and proceeded to stab the tire once the victim was inside of the vehicle. I then made contact with the defendant at his residence. The defendant stated he did pick up a pitchfork and follow the victim to her vehicle. The defendant stated he was not going to harm the victim with the pitchfork and that he only wanted to stab the tire to the vehicle due to ongoing relationship issues. The defendant was taken into custody and transported to the Hernando County jail without incident. The defendant was charged with Domestic Aggravated Assault with a Deadly Weapon and issued no bond. The defendant was given a court date of 02-07-17 at 0900 hours in room D of the Hernando County Courthouse”

The defendant admitted to being intoxicated but insisted that he was the victim of the battery and was injured. The defendant had no visible marks or evidence that he was the victim. The victim was reluctant to give a statement and did not want the defendant arrested. The victim admitted that the suspect grabbed her and that he is violent whenever he is intoxicated. The defendant and victim are married and live together as a family. Due to the statement of the victim and evidence of injury, I determined that the defendant was the primary aggressor in the altercation and he was arrested accordingly. The defendant was transported to Hernando County Jail without incident, charged with domestic battery, and held on a no bond status. “On 01-15-2017 at 0836 hours I responded to Cortez Blvd, Frontier Camp Ground in reference to a domestic battery. On arrival I made contact with Thesia… Thesia stated that she was walking her dog near the front of the park when she saw Nicolas gathering his belongings and trying to leave via the front of the park Thesia stated that Nicolas was holding his clothing when he was attacked by his live in girlfriend Laura Carter. Thesia advised that Laura began hitting Nicolas but he was able to get away from her and walk away. Deputy J… made contact with Robert M… who stated that he saw Laura striking Nicolas several times as he was trying to leave the park. I then made contact with Laura at Lot 30. Laura stated that Nicolas was leaving their home and began to take some items with him. Laura stated she believed that some of the items were hers so she confronted him at the front of the park. Laura stated that Nicolas grabbed her by the arm and threw her into a fence for no reason. Laura did have a bruise on her right inner arm and a cut on the front of her right hand. Laura had a strong odor of an alcoholic beverage on her breath. I then made contact with Nicolas down the road. Nicolas sated that he was just trying to leave the home with his clothing when Laura confronted him. He stated that Laura began to hit him on the upper portion of his body and he may have pushed her back to protect himself from getting hit. Nicolas did not have any visible injuries. Based on the victim’s and wittiness statements I determined that Laura was the primary aggressor and returned to Lot 30 and placed her under arrest for domestic battery. Laura was transported to the Hernando County Jail where she was held on a no bond status and issued a misdemeanor court date of 02-08-2017 at 0900 hours in Courtroom B. It should be noted that Laura was arrested on 10-22-2016 for writing threats to kill where Nicholas was the victim. She was again arrested on 11-27-2016 for 9 counts of violation of pretrial release relating to the first case where again Nicholas was the victim. Laura was released on 01-13-2017 for time served for the previous cases”

Brandon advised that the defendant then swung the broken solar light (with broken shards of glass attached) at him several times. Brandon advised that he was in fear for his life, and was afraid he would be severely cut by the broken shards of glass. Brandon did have redness and swelling to his right eye that appeared to be consistent with his statement. Contact was made with the defendant. As contact was made I observed redness and swelling to the defendant’s right knuckle area. Post Miranda the defendant advised that he and Brandon engaged in a verbal altercation which became heated. The defendant advised that he shouted “fight me!” The defendant advised that he decided to not follow through with the challenge due to Brandon being seated on a minibike. The defendant stated that Brandon then pulled away on his minibike but fell off onto the grass. The defendant then claims that Brandon began to chase him while swinging at him. The defendant advised that Brandon then ran away and he went home. I then confronted the defendant about the broken solar light at which time he stated “Oh yea, I have the stick to that. I was going to return that later.” The defendant then stated that he “used the light stick as a weapon to defend myself.” The defendant still denies striking Brandon and states that the swelling on his right knuckle area is from “work”. The defendant’s statement repeatedly changed I further questioned him. The defendant was then placed under arrest and transported to the Hernando County Jail without incident. The defendant is currently being held on a $3,000 bond status, per the bond schedule. The defendant was given a felony court date of 2/14/17 courtroom E, at 0830 hours. “Contact was made with the victim Philip W… who advised that he was sitting on in his living room when he observed the defendant Russell Laux enter his front yard from the street. Philip advised that the defendant began to shout and took a cement brick and threw it at the front of Philip’s trailer home. Philip advised he heard a loud “banging noise”, at which time he exited his front door to confront the defendant. Philip advised that the defendant engaged in a verbal altercation with him which eventually ceased. Philip advised that the defendant then walked down the street when he realized that when the defendant threw the brick it caused a large hole to the front of his trailer home. The damage was estimated at $100.00 in U.S. currency. The defendant was located by other deputies just around the corner from the incident. Philip then entered my patrol vehicle and we responded to the location of the defendant to conduct a suspect show up. As we arrived Philip observed the defendant and he shouted “That’s him! Without a doubt, he threw the brick.” Post Miranda the defendant did advise that he responded to Philip’s residence to confront him about an unrelated incident. The defendant stated that he and Philip engaged in a verbal altercation, which eventually ceased and that he “just left”. I then retrieved the brick from my trunk and questioned him what the brick was used for. The defendant became very irate and shouted “I didn’t throw that at anybody!” It should be noted that I didn’t even question the defendant if he threw the brick at all. The defendant stated “I never touched or threw that!” The defendant was then placed under arrest and transported to the Hernando County Jail without incident. The defendant is currently being held on a $500.00 bond status, per the bond schedule. The defendant was given a misdemeanor court date of 2/8/17 courtroom B, at 0900 hours.”

“On today’s date [01/15/2017] at approximately 1915 hours, I was dispatched to C’s Pub located at Spring Hill Drive in regards to a verbal. Upon arrival contact was made with owner, Tom Robertson, who advised a drunk patron, the defendant, Joseph Fratianni was becoming unruly and combative and had kicked a car headlight, causing it to break. Contact was then made with Debra Fratianni, who also advised she observed the defendant kick in the defendant’s ex-wife’s vehicle headlight due to him being upset. Contact was made with the victim, Tamara Lentz, who advised she was notified that her headlight was broken by her ex-husband, the defendant, at which time she observed the damage and told the owner to call law enforcement. Contact was then made with the defendant who appeared to be heavily intoxicated. The defendant then spontaneously stated, “I got upset and kicked her headlight and it broke, I’m sorry and I didn’t mean for it to break.” I observed the driver’s side headlight of Tamara’s vehicle, which was on a grey 2008 Hyundai two door. The headlight was broken directly in the center and there were several plastic pieces inside the headlight, showing that it was broken at an inward angle. It should be noted that the defendant was wearing pointy cowboy boots, which appeared to be consistent with the damage to the headlight. Due to the statements made, the defendant was placed under arrest for Criminal Mischief where he was transported to the Hernando County Jail and was given a court date of 02/08/2017 in Courtroom C at 0900 hours. “On 01/12/2017, at approximately 1429 hours, I was dispatched to the west end of Campbell Drive in reference to a verbal disturbance. The complainant, who wished to remain anonymous, advised there was a white male and a white female arguing in front of the home and that during the argument the white male pushed the white female down to the ground and dragged her by her hair into the house. Upon arrival, I was immediately greeted by a white female, who identified herself as Shonda Sergent. Shonda said that she does not have any identification on her because her purse was stolen in Texas. Shonda said she was one of the parties involved in the argument and the other person she was arguing with was her boyfriend Anthony Loala. Shonda advised that the argument was only verbal and Anthony at no time put his hands on her. Shonda advised Anthony was in the home and did not wish to speak with Law Enforcement. After a short period of time I was able to convince Anthony to come out and to speak with myself and other deputies. Anthony appeared to be very nervous and also could not produce any identification. At this time Sgt. Ross arrived on scene with RAPID ID equipment. Sgt. Ross was able to positively identify Shonda with her fingerprint, however, at this time we did not get back a confirmation on Anthony’s identification. Anthony did not appear to have any injuries and was calm while speaking with Law Enforcement. On 1/16/17, I was contacted by the Crime Analysis department, who advised they believe Anthony’s real name may be Randall Cheek. I then positively identified Randall via ACISS and arrest booking page. On 1/16/17 at approximately 0850 hours, myself and Deputy Beckwith responded back out to the scene. Upon arrival, contact was made with both Randall and Shonda. Randall was then placed under arrest for an outstanding warrant, please see case# 2017-01565 for further details. Randall was also placed under arrest for providing false name to Law Enforcement officer. Deputy Beck with then transported him to the Hernando County Jail without incident. Randall was issued a court date of 2/8/17 and was placed on a bond of $1,000.00.”

Laura advised once the defendant returned home the verbal argument continued, at which time the defendant advised her to move out of the residence. Laura proceeded to the master bathroom at which time the defendant followed, pushing Laura and causing her to stumble but not fall.
Redness and minor abrasions were observed on the left side of Laura’s chest and shoulder area.

Upon arrival contact was made with the defendant Rosa Maria Lisk who had been sleeping at the wheel since pulling into the business parking lot at 1646 hours. The defendant stated that she was tired due to her young child, who was in the backseat, not sleeping. The defendant gave consent to law enforcement to search her vehicle and the bags inside the vehicle. Located in a pink bag was 0.3 grams of a crystal like substance, numerous small, clear plastic baggies. The crystal like substance showed a positive indication for the presence of methamphetamine when field tested. The clear baggies contained trace amounts of residue which also tested positive for the presence of methamphetamine.
Writer then viewed security footage of the defendant driving to the front of the store and not exiting the vehicle. The defendant was the sole, adult, occupant in the vehicle and admitted to driving on her suspended license. The most recent suspension was for failure to pay a traffic fine on 10/12/2016. The defendant stated that she is currently addicted to methamphetamine and does use this narcotic however she denied the “meth” as being hers. The defendant did state that the pink bag where the narcotics were located was hers.
The defendant was placed under arrest and transported to the Hernando County Jail. She is currently being held on a $4,000.00 bond and was issued a court date of 02/14/2017 at 0830 hours.”

On 01/18/2017 at approximately 0100 hours, responded to the intersection of Spring Hill Drive and Commercial Way, in Hernando County, in reference to an agency involved accident with minor damage and no injury.
Upon arrival, I made contact with Sergeant M. who advised that his unmarked agency vehicle had been struck on the rear passenger side by another vehicle while turning eastbound onto Spring Hill Drive from Commercial Way. The other vehicle was a 2015 Dodge Durango… driven by the defendant, Sarah Sanchez. The defendant was found to be at fault for the crash.
During my crash investigation I observed the defendant to be very unsteady on her feet, she had blood shot, watery eyes and a strong odor of an alcoholic beverage on her breath.
After completing my crash investigation initiated a DUI investigation. The defendant agreed to participate in a battery of field sobriety exercises which indicated impairment. The defendant was taken into custody and transported to the Hernando County Detention Center without incident where post Miranda and implied Consent Warnings, she provided two (2) breath samples resulting in 0.195 and 0.181 (grams of alcohol per 210 liters of breath).
The defendant was issued a court date of 02/08/2017 at 0900 hours in court room “B” of the Hernando County Court House. The defendant is currently being held on a $1,000.00 bond.

While attempting to stop the defendant, the defendant punched Craig in the side of his head and bit Charles on the left side of his chest. The defendant also punched Pedro in the forehead multiple times causing swelling. All staff members were able to bring the defendant down to the ground inside the admissions office and Waited for law enforcement’s arrival.
This was witnessed by a patient at Springbrook who stated the defendant ran into the admissions office and began yelling and punching all of the staff that was inside the office. Stated she was in the hallway watching the defendant punching all of the employees in the face while they were struggling to stop him.
The defendant was then placed into custody and transported to the Hernando County Jail and placed on a $16,500.00 Bond per the bond schedule. The defendant was provided a Court date of 0214/2017 in courtroom E at 0830 hours. ”

The cardboard matchbox contained a clear plastic bag with trace amounts of a crystal-like substance and 10 white oval pills labeled IP 1891 375mg. A further search of the backpack revealed a small black case which contained a hypodermic syringe.
The clear plastic bag containing trace amounts of crystal-like substance and the hypodermic syringe both field tested positive for Methamphetamine (Narco test kit #923) and weighed a total of 0.2 grams.
Utilizing www.pilidentifier.com, the 10 white oval pills labeled IP 1891375mg were identified as Naproxen (not a controlled substance) and all 10 pills weighed a total amount of 4.0 grams. The aforementioned pills can only be obtained by prescription which the defendant could not provide.
Based on the aforementioned information, probable cause was established for the arrest of the defendant for Ct1. Possession of Methamphetamine, bond $5,000.00; Ct2. Possession of a New Drug Without a Prescription, bond $500.00; Cit3. Possession of Paraphernalia, bond $1,000.00.”
