Arrest Summary Excerpt: “Contact was made with the defendant, Dustin Swanton while conducting an investigation at Walmart located at 13300 Cortez Blvd. A wants and warrants check revealed the defendant had two active Hernando County FTA warrants (16002035)(16001721). After confirmation of the warrants the defendant was placed under arrest.
When the defendant was asked if he had anything sharp in his pockets, he replied yes stating that he had a used empty needle that was capped in his left pocket. The defendant was asked if he had anything else in his pockets at which time he stated, “I have Meth.”
A search of his person was conducted at which time the used, capped needle was found in his left shorts pocket. Also in the pocket was a small knotted, plastic baggie, which contained a crystal like substance. The substance field tested positive for Methamphetamines. The substance weighed 0.7 grams, total weight in the baggie.
The defendant was charged with one count of possession of Methamphetamines. The defendant is to be held on a bond of $5,000.00.”

Arrest Summary Excerpt: “On 11/02/2017 at approximately 0215 hours, the defendant, identified via his issued Florida driver’s license as Omar Perez Almeida, made entry into the above residence through the unlocked back door of the residence located at Finland Drive, in Hernando County, after entering through the fenced in backyard. The defendant was in the midst of stealing numerous household items and placing them in black garbage bags by the front door when the witnesses, who are cousins of the victim, came to check on the property. The witnesses located the suspect inside the master bedroom of the residence. The witnesses detained the defendant until law enforcement arrived and took him into custody without incident. The defendant was found in possession of a TV cable and a green screw driver when he was taken into custody. Post Miranda Warning, the defendant stated he was “sent to this house to pick up some stuff” by someone out of Orlando. The defendant stated he did not know who owned the home then refused to answer any other questions. A search warrant was recently served on this residence and the victim is currently in HCSO custody. Contact was made with the victim who confirmed he does not know the defendant nor did he give the defendant permission to be on his property. Two large black trash bags filled with personal property were tied and placed inside, near the front door residence. The defendant’s vehicle was observed in front of the home and in plain view, the same thick style, black trash bags were seen in the back seat of the vehicle.
The defendant was taken into custody and transported to the Hernando County Detention Center without incident where he is currently being held on a $5,000.00 bond and provided a court date of 11/28/2017 at 0900 hours in court room “D” of the Hernando County Court House.”

Arrest Summary Excerpt: “On 11/3/17 at approximately 2304 hours, I observed a dark blue 2008 Kia Sorento, bearing Florida tag 4371HS, traveling westbound on Spring Hill Drive, Spring Hill, Hernando County, Florida with no visible tag lights. A traffic stop was conducted at the intersection of Spring Hill Drive/Pinehurst Drive, in which contact was made with the defendant. The defendant identified herself with her name, date of birth, and Social Security number. She stated that she did not have her driver’s license with her at the time of the stop, but stated she did have a valid license.
A routine wants and warrants check revealed the defendant had a driver’s license that expired on 03/03/2016, and she had a prior Driver While License Suspended conviction.

Arrest Summary Excerpt: “On 11/04/2017 while on routine patrol, I observed a white Pontiac sedan, bearing Florida tag CQBA11, travelling northbound on Cobblestone Drive, approaching the stop sign at Spring Hill Drive in Spring Hill, Hernando County, Florida. I observed the vehicle then fail to stop at the stop sign, and the vehicle proceeded to travel west on Spring Hill Drive. A traffic stop was conducted on the vehicle at the intersection of Spring Hill Drive and Treehaven Drive.
Contact was then made with the driver of the vehicle and defendant Angelica Brandon. I immediately noticed Angelica to be extremely jittery and to have a crack in her voice when talking. I also made contact with a passenger in the vehicle in the front seat, Austin Goinsalvos. After the traffic stop was concluded, the defendant, who is the registered owner of the vehicle, gave me consent to search the vehicle.
While searching, in the center console of the vehicle, I located a clear plastic “Ziploc” style baggie, which contained a clear crystal-like substance. I then tested the clear crystal-like substance using presumptive NarcoTest 7623, which turned blue, indicating the substance to be positive for Methamphetamine.
The defendant advised that the Methamphetamine did not belong to her; however, she could not provide me a name of who it belonged to. The passenger in the vehicle advised that the Methamphetamine did in fact belong to the defendant, and advised the defendant is an active Methamphetamine user.
Due to the statement from the passenger and the Methamphetamine being located in a vehicle owned and being driven by the defendant, the defendant was then placed under arrest and transported to the Hernando County Jail without incident, where she is being held on a $2,000 bond per the bond schedule. The defendant was issued a court date of 12/04/2017 at 0830 hours in courtroom E of the Hernando County Courthouse in Brooksville, Florida.”

Arrest Summary Excerpt: “On 11042017, I responded to …Sentinel St. in reference to a battery complaint. The defendant, Bernard, and his live in girlfriend of several years, Nannette were engaged in a verbal argument over the defendants alleged narcotic use. The verbal argument escalated inside the house and became more volatile to point where the defendant’s 12 year old daughter, A. Silver called 911 on her cell phone from inside her closed bedroom. The argument at some point turned physical when the defendant struck Nannette against her will, causing minor injuries.
Contact was made with Nannette who displayed several recent and old bruises over her body, specifically recent red abrasions on the left side of her neck and a red, swollen and bruised left eye. Although reluctant to provide specific details, Nannette stated she was struck by the defendant during the argument because she is a “loud mouth”. Photographs were taken of Nannette’s injuries.
Contact was made with 12 year old A., who stated she did not see the physical altercation from her bedroom; however; could hear what sounded like persons hitting one another. She stated she could hear Nannette making statements along the lines of “get your hands off me”.
Post Miranda warnings, read via card, the defendant initially denied striking Nannette and claimed her injuries were a result of her falling, due to her being intoxicated. The defendant later admitted to pushing Nannette several times to get her away from him.
The defendant was placed under arrest for battery (domestic) and transported to the Hernando County Jail where he was held on no bond.”

Arrest Summary Excerpt: “On today’s date, at approximately 0045 hours, while on routine patrol, I observed a large physical disturbance occurring at the Seven Deuces Bar, located at 2113 Mariner Boulevard. Upon arriving, I was advised by a Cynthia Panariello that the defendant, William Morman, and the co-defendant, Christopher Morman, had attacked her and bit her finger, as well as spat in her face. I then observed the defendant, William, attempt to get into a vehicle, at which time I ordered the defendant to get out of the car. As I attempted to take him into custody, he elbowed backwards, hitting me in the chest with his elbow. I then attempted to secure his right hand, in which the defendant continued to swing and pull away, as well as try to push me backwards with his buttocks and back, causing me to escort him to the ground, where he continued to fight until several other units were able to arrive on scene and I was able to secure him.
Contact was made with several witnesses, who observed the defendant spit and bite the victim’s finger, as well as cause a disturbance inside the bar.
The defendant advised that the incident took place over him talking to a girl and that he was attacked, but he continued to be irate and not very cooperative with this deputy, and would only advise, “I’m glad you can sleep at night,” repeatedly.
It should be noted that I was in my class B uniform, which displays Hernando County Sheriff’s Office on both sleeves, as well as arriving in a marked patrol vehicle (#8118), which also had my emergency red and blue lights activated, and I was acting in my official and lawful capacity as a deputy sheriff.

Arrest Summary Excerpt: “On today’s date, at approximately 0045 hours, while on routine patrol, I observed a large physical disturbance occurring at the Seven Deuces Bar, located at 2113 Mariner Boulevard. Upon arriving, I had made contact with the victim of a battery involving the co-defendant, William Morman. As I was attempting to affect an arrest on William, the co-defendant’s brother, the defendant, Christopher Morman, went to push me off of his brother with both of his hands, at which time I pushed the defendant back away from me, at which time another unit arrived on scene and was able to secure the defendant into custody. It should be noted that several witnesses observed the defendant and co-defendants belligerent intoxicated state, which had caused a disturbance at the bar.
The only comments that the defendant would make were that they were attacked, and he continued to yell and cause a disturbance, and then continued to be irate with law enforcement.

Arrest Summary Excerpt: “On 11/6/17 law enforcement responded to the area of Dunkirk Road, Spring Hill, Hernando County, Florida in reference to a suspicious person. Upon arrival, the defendant was seen walking westbound on Dunkirk Road, in which your affiant made contact with him. The defendant was asked if he had any weapons on his person, in which he advised he did not. At this time, Deputy V. M. observed a metal pipe known to be use for narcotics, in the defendant’s pocket. The defendant then reached into his back pocket area, where a large knife was seen in his pocket. Deputies attempted to apprehend the defendant, in which he aggressively resisted. The defendant was escorted to the ground utilizing a control technique, however, the defendant continued to actively and aggressively resist. The defendant then grabbed Deputy V. M.’s radio twice, depriving him communication to summon assistance. The defendant then grabbed Deputy V. D’s PR-24 baton, disengaging it from its holster.
When the defendant was apprehended and placed into custody, a search incident to arrest revealed what appeared to be a silver makeshift pipe for narcotics utilizing an air compressor tip. A swab sample utilizing Reagent test 923 revealed the air compressor positive for Methamphetamine.
The defendant was transported to the Hernando County Detention Center, where he was turned over to the Detention Staff and held on a $12,000.00 bond.”
