Arrest Summary Excerpt: “On 11/16/17 a traffic stop was conducted on the defendant due to her driving pattern being unusual, such as unable to maintain a single lane. A traffic stop was then conducted due to the driver possibly being sick, impaired, or vehicle malfunctions.
Upon making contact with the defendant and soul occupant of the vehicle, I detected the strong odor of marijuana coming from the vehicle. Probable cause did exist to conduct a search of the vehicle. Prior to searching the vehicle the defendant did advise that she was in possession of “a little bit of weed”.
The defendant then freely handed me a vacuum sealed bag which contained three clear plastic, baggies which all contained a green leafy substance. The green leafy substance field tested positive for THC. The marijuana weighed 38.3 grams in total via certified scale.
Based on the aforementioned information, probable cause did exist for the arrest of the defendant for possession of cannabis over 20 grams in violation with Florida Statute 893.13(6)(a).
The defendant was transported to the Hernando County Jail without further incident. The defendant was held on a $2,000.00 bond and given a court date of 12/12/17 in court room D at 0900 hours.”

Arrest Summary Excerpt: “On 11/16/2017 while on proactive patrol in the area of The Heather in Hernando County, Florida, I observed a white male on a red bicycle drive across Commercial Way into the entrance of The Heather, without having any operable headlights/taillights.
Contact was made with the defendant who at this time began to try to walk away from me during the traffic stop. The defendant then began attempting to conceal what appeared to be a large bulge in his right pants pocket. The defendant consented to a search of his person. During the search I discovered the large bulge to be a glasses case, inside of the glasses case I discovered two clear plastic baggies which contained a crystal like substance, the defendant advised this substance was his “crystal Meth”. Using NARCOTEST I field tested the crystal like substance which field tested positive for Methamphetamine.
The defendant was charged for the aforementioned charge and was transported to the Hernando County Jail without incident where he is being held on a two thousand dollar bond per the bond schedule. The defendant will have a mandatory court date of 12/12/2017 in courtroom D at 0900 hours.”

I ran the tag in ELVIS and it revealed the tag was expired on 11042017. I conducted a traffic stop on Elgin Blvd just west Barclay Ave. I made contact with the driver, who provided a Mexico identification card. The driver stated he did not speak English and the passenger Remalys Oyola had to translate and stated the driver did not have a valid driver’s license.
I confirmed the driver/defendant Abel Camacho to not have a valid driver’s license through Teletype and he also showed an outstanding warrant from Pinellas County reference case 08004513FJW for Failure to Appear on the original charge of no valid driver’s license.
The defendant was taken into custody and transported to the Hernando County Jail without incident, where he was charged for not having a valid driver’s license. Arrest Summary Excerpt: “On 11/18/2017 I responded to …Henderson Street in Spring Hill, Hernando County, Florida in reference to a 911 hang up, later reclassified to a battery. Upon arrival, contact was made outside with the defendant Timothy Brennan Jr. The defendant advised that he was just in a verbal altercation with his live in girlfriend and victim Alicia M. The defendant advised that he and the victim were only in a verbal altercation and that nothing got physical. The victim then stepped out of the house. The victim advised immediately that the defendant “punched me in the head”. After hearing that statement, the defendant quickly advised “she broke my glasses”. Both parties were then separated to get separate stories.
Before talking to them, the roommate Michael Y. came out of the house and advised that he only heard the two arguing, and at no time did he see anything get physical. The roommate did eventually obstruct the investigation by telling the defendant and victim to say they never fought physically. The roommate was also arrested.
The defendant still advised that he and the victim were only in a verbal altercation about the victim moving back to New York. The defendant did advise “if she says I hit her, then she broke my glasses. If she says nothing happened, then nothing happened.” The defendant’s statement read that the altercation was only verbal.
The victim then advised that she was sitting on the couch next to the roommate, which made the defendant very angry. The victim advised that the defendant then became very verbally abusive towards her and called her a w—-. The victim advised that the defendant then pushed her once in the chest, then pushed her in her head. The victim advised that the second push caused her to bump against the wall. The victim advised that the defendant then came at her again, at which time the victim advised she slapped the defendant with an open hand, causing his glasses to fall off of his face and break.
Due to the victim giving a clear statement and the defendant refusing to cooperate fully, the defendant was determined to be the primary aggressor. The defendant was then placed under arrest and transported to the Hernando County Jail without incident, where he is being held on a no bond status per the bond schedule. The defendant was issued a court date of 12/13/2017 in courtroom B of the Hernando County Courthouse at 0900 hours.”

Arrest Summary Excerpt: “While responding to a report of a vehicle accident on Mondon Hill Rd, I observed a white Chevy Silverado driving westbound on Mondon Hill Rd while I was at the intersection of Mondon Hill Rd and Mcintyre Rd. The truck then turned north on to Mcintyre Rd from Mondon Hill Rd and the vehicle swerved into the southbound lane of Mcintyre Rd while doing so.
I conducted a traffic stop on said vehicle and discovered the driver to be the only occupant. The driver was identified as Richard Murphy (WM 10/01/1984) who did not have, nor had ever had a Florida Driver’s license, which he stated when asked. An odor of Marijuana could be detected coming from inside the truck. Inside a backpack located inside the passenger compartment of the truck a glass pipe, used for smoking Marijuana, was located. The pipe tested positive for Marijuana residue. On the passenger side floor board a second pipe, which tested positive for Marijuana residue, was also collected. Inside the glove box of the vehicle a green leafy substance inside of the clear plastic bag was located, and the green leafy substance tested positive for Marijuana. Post Miranda, the defendant admitted to being the owner of the green leafy substance and the two glass pipes.
The defendant was placed in custody and taken to the Hernando County Jail where he is being held on $3,000 bond, and given a court date of 12/13/2017 at 0900 hours.”

Arrest Summary Excerpt: “On 11-18-2017 at 0945 hours I responded to the area of 810 Leonard Street to back up Animal Enforcement Officer M. Rowe in reference to complaint of a dog being abandoned at this address. On arrival we made contact with James Edward Harris who stated the dog that was chained to the outside of the house was his and he was caring for it. A warrant check showed that James had an active warrant for his arrest for failure to appear for the original charge of cruelty to animals under 16-3314MM with a no bond.
I confirmed James’ identity with his date of birth, address on the warrant and previous booking photos. I then placed James into custody and began a search of his person, incident to arrest. I located in his left vest pocket a metal cigar case and James spontaneously uttered, “That’s my crack pipe.” I then located a small brown colored glass jar in his right front pants pocket that had a small amount of a white rock like substance inside of it. James again spontaneously stated, “That’s my crack.”
I then opened the metal cigar case and inside was a metal smoking pipe. I field tested this pipe using Reagent test 7613 and it field tested positive for cocaine. I field tested the rock like substance and it field tested positive for cocaine.
The warrant was confirmed by operator 37. I placed James under arrest for the failure to appear warrant under 2017-34981 and transported him to the Jail where he was held on a no bond status for the warrant.
I then placed James under arrest for possession of cocaine and paraphernalia under this case. James was transported to the jail and held on a $2,000.00 for the cocaine and a $1,000.00 for the paraphernalia for a total bond of $3,000.00 and a felony court date of 12-18-2017 in Courtroom E.”
