The officer observed Ehatt driving on Gallup Rd in Spring Hill. The arresting officer had prior involvement with him and knew that he did not have a valid license and there was an active warrant in Hernando County for his arrest. The officer pulled over Ehatt and discovered methamphetamine and hypodermic needle.

Officer was called to “The Beach Bar” in Hernando Beach about subjects in an altercation. The officer arrived to find Best standing next to his car, still warm from being driven in an intoxicated state. Best refused field sobriety tests.

Became angry with his wife because she was recording him on her phone rummaging through a dresser looking for papers. The video recorded him swinging his arm at his wife, striking her left arm, but the officer did not observe any physical marks or injuries to the wife.

Charges: Providing false name to law enforcement 3 cts; resisting/obstructing officer w/o violence 1 ct
An officer made contact with Collier in regards to issuing her and her boyfriend a trespass warning at a business located at 3501 Commercial Way. She provided the officer with false name and birthdate. The officer was able to identify the woman as Lisa Ann Collier in the ACISS database. When a deputy located her at a residence on Stone Hedge Street in Spring Hill, she provided another false name. She attempted to pull away from the deputy and fell into a nearby door.

An officer was called in reference to a possible wanted subject. He arrived at the home and found Breida climbing out of his bedroom window. Breida did not stop when the officer told him to but was located by K-9 on Haverhill Drive. The officer found 26 pills identified as Methylphenidate Hydrochloride 10mg tablets on the subject’s person.
Hammett, Colton Bryan

An officer noticed a vehicle parked in front of Riverdale Park. The driver, Colton Hammett, explained that he was just hanging out and consented to a search of his car. The officer found a small bag with a green leafy substance in the center console which tested positive for THC.

An officer traveling eastbound on Cortez, approaching Medical Drive noticed a man, Joseph Carlozzi, and his vehicle on the side of the road. Carlozzi’s vehicle had run out of gas and he was carrying a gas can. The officer pulled over and asked the him if he wanted a ride to the gas station. Carlozzi said yes and consented to be searched before entering the officer’s patrol car. The officer found a cylindrical object in Carlozzi’s back pocket and asked what it was. Carlozzi reacted by pulling the officer’s hand out of his pocket and quickly grabbed the object, throwing it into the roadway. The object was a small glass pipe which tested positive for crack cocaine.

The subject was arrested at 13017 Cortez Blvd in Brooksville. According to the arrest affidavit, “Brian was observed to be riding his bike in the area and gave consent for a pat down and a search through his personal property. Inside of his book bag I observed a clear crystal
like substance, which Brian advised that this was in fact methamphetamine, and later tested positive for methamphetamine by Narco test kit. Also inside of the book bag I observed a glass pipe with a brownish residue at the end of it. The residue inside of the pipe also tested positive for methamphetamine. Next to the glass pipe was a brass metal pipe, which also tested positive for methamphetamine.”
