Defendant argued with victim over the phone and she hung up on him. A short time later he showed up at he residence. He then began pushing her with both hands. The defendant than walked outside and the victim followed him. He hit her in the face and pushed her to the ground. While she was on the ground the defendant scratched her on the right side of her neck.
Her father was awoken by the arguing. He went outside and he saw the defendant hit her. He shouted at the defendant to leave. The defendant charged him, but he was able to push the defendant away.

The victim advised that the defendant, had punched him several times, after a verbal altercation. The victim showed Writer a cell phone video which showed the defendant following the victim throughout the residence punching him several times, as he was attempting to walk away from the defendant.

Beall Department Store loss prevention advised they had observed the defendant conceal clothing under her clothing. The defendant admitted to stealing the two shirts. A search of the defendant’s purse revealed that she had stolen chocolate as well. A search of the defendant revealed that she had hidden a pair of shorts in her bra. The two shirts, chocolate, and shorts had a total value of $47.26.
She had previously received a trespass warning from Bealls that had not been rescinded.

Both of defendant parents have a restraining order against him. He knocked on the door of his parent’s home and was told to leave. He then sat outside of the home in a chair for around 20 minutes.
He approached an officer and requested to be taken to the hospital. He was placed in handcuffs and searched/pat down. The defendant became irate and told the officer to stop touching him and not search him. The defendant the pulled violently and forcefully away.
