Arrest Summary Excerpt: “On 03/29/2017, a lawful traffic stop was conducted on a black 1995 Chevrolet Camaro bearing Florida tag GEEH59. The vehicle came to a stop on Dunkirk Road in front of a residence located at 10463 Dunkirk Road, Spring Hill, Hernando County, Florida 34609.
Contact was made with the driver, the defendant David M. Reese III. K-9 Deputy responded to the scene and K-9 Valor alerted to the possible presence of narcotics within the vehicle. A search of the vehicle revealed a rolled up $10.00 dollar bill in the center console area of the vehicle. Writer observed a white powder residue inside the rolled up $10.00 dollar bill. A field test of the white powdery substance yielded positive results for cocaine (Narco test #7604).
Based on the aforementioned information, probable cause did exist for the arrest of the defendant for Ct1. Possession of Paraphernalia, bond $1,000.00. The defendant was transported to the Hernando County Jail where he was given a court date of 04/19/2017 at 0900 hours in courtroom C.”

Arrest Summary Excerpt: “On 03312017, while conducting an investigation into cases 2017-09736 and the defendant being placed under arrest under 2016-33136 (robbery) at Nature Coast High School, school principals went through the defendant’s backpack and located two throwing knives in a pouch. The school principals turned over said weapon to writer. The school principal located the defendant’s backpack inside a red Honda Civic, bearing Florida tag 361 HSJ being driven by Celina Touche, who gave verbal consent to the school principals to search her vehicle.
Celina identified the backpack as belonging to the defendant.
The defendant was charged with the aforementioned charges and transported to the Hernando County Detention Center, where he will be held on a $2,000.00 bond, per statute.”

Arrest Summary Excerpt: “Contact was made with the driver, the defendant Gerald Durham DOB 04.11111982, who advised he does not have a valid license, only a Florida identification card. An FCIC/NCIC check on the defendant’s license revealed multiple suspensions with the most recent date of 11/21/2016 for fail to pay financial obligation. K-9 responded to the scene and was deployed around the vehicle. K-9 alerted to the possible presence of narcotics within the vehicle. During a search of the vehicle, a clear plastic bag containing a crystal-like substance was observed on the driver’s side floor board, which field tested positive for methamphetamine (total weight with bag 0.4 grams). A blue straw was also located in the driver’s side vent which also field tested positive for methamphetamine.
Based on the aforementioned information, probable cause did exist for the arrest of the defendant for Ct1. Possession of Methamphetamine, bond $10,000; Ct2. Possession of Paraphernalia, bond $1,000.00; Ct3. Driving While License Suspended or Revoked with knowledge, bond $500.00. The defendant was transported to the Hernando County Jail where he was given a court date of 04/24/2017 at 0830 hours in courtroom E.”

Arrest Summary Excerpt: “On 04/01/2017 responded to 6195 Rupe Road in reference to the report of a stolen vehicle. Upon arrival, I made contact with the homeowner, who stated she believed the black BMW the defendant just brought to her property had been stolen, due to the fact that the defendant stated that the police were after him and that he was acting irrationally. There were no plates visible on the vehicle but a wants/warrants check confirmed the vehicle was stolen out of Virginia.
The defendant had originally fled the property and a short time later he returned, at which time he was taken into custody. While the defendant was being taken into custody, he was in the process of drastically altering his appearance. The defendant had shaved off his mustache and beard and was in the process of completing the final shave of his head upon contact. The defendant was then transported to the Hernando County Jail. The defendant was positively identified by his driver’s license photo in ELVIS.
The defendant repeatedly stated that he had a bill of sale for this vehicle, but could not produce it, nor was one located within the vehicle.
The defendant is being held on the charge of Grand Theft Auto with a bond of $2,000.00 and a returnable court date of 04242017.”

Arrest Summary Excerpt: “On 04/01/2017 at approximately 1920 hours, while on proactive patrol in the area of Broad Street and Barnett Road, I observed a red Ford Windstar bearing Florida tag Y01ELT. I observed the single occupant of the vehicle, an adult White male, not to be wearing his seatbelt. I then conducted a traffic stop on said vehicle for said violation.
I did make contact with the driver who identified himself as Steven Grady Webster via his Florida issued driver’s license. I informed Steven the reason for the stop, at which time he stated, “I just forgot to put the seat belt on.” A check via D.A.V.I.D. revealed that Steven had a valid driver’s license and was negative for any wants or warrants. Steven was given a traffic citation in regards to the traffic stop. While speaking with Steven detected a strong odor of marijuana coming from inside the vehicle. Steven was asked if there was anything illegal inside the vehicle. Steven stated he had a little bit of “pot” in his right front pocket. Steven then reached in his right front pocket and pulled out a clear plastic tube that contained a clear crystal like substance, at which time he immediately stated, “F— forgot had the meth on me.” Steven was instructed to exit the vehicle and was placed in hand restraints. A search of Steven’s left front pocket revealed a second clear plastic tube which contained a green leafy substance. Steven immediately stated, “I guess it was in the wrong pocket.” Using Narco Test #7623, the clear crystal like substance, along with the plastic tube tested positive for methamphetamine. Using Narco Test #7609, the green leafy substance, along with the clear plastic tube tested positive for THC.
Steven was then transported to the Hernando County Jail without incident. While at the jail using scale model Adventure Pro AV612N, serial #8033491150, the crystal like substance had a combine weight of 0.6 grams and the green leafy substance had a combined weight of 0.4 grams. Steven was advised of his upcoming court date set for 04/24/2017 in courtroom E at 0830 hours. Steven was placed on a $5,000 bond. At the request of Steven, the vehicle was left in the parking lot at the Marathon gas station located at 7410 Broad Street.”

Arrest Summary Excerpt: On 04/02/2017 writer responded to 1360 Anderson Snow Rd, Spring Hill, Hernando County, Florida in reference to a domestic battery call for service.
Upon arrival contact was made with the victim/complainant. Victim stated that on 04/01/2017 at 2300 hours he was battered by his live-in girlfriend, the defendant, Tina Conner. Victim stated that Tina threw a home telephone at his head. Writer did observe injuries to victim’s left forehead consistent with his statements.
Writer then made contact with the defendant who admitted to throwing a home phone at victim’s head during the argument.
Both victim and Tina reside together as a single family unit making this offense domestic in nature.
Tina was placed under arrest for domestic battery and transported to the Hernando County jail. She was issued a court date of 05/03/2017 and is currently being held on a no bond status.

Arrest Summary Excerpt: “Upon arrival in the area, l observed a black Mercury Milan bearing Michigan tag BYP9067, and a white Ford Mustang, bearing FL tag SMR3B. I then made contact with Amanda Sherman and her boyfriend, Blake Kellough. Blake and Amanda stated that they were there to recover a friend’s Mercury that had been broken down. I then asked Amanda and Blake who was driving the white Mustang, and Amanda stated she was driving and had a suspended license. I then asked Amanda if I could search the vehicle for any weapons or contraband at which time, Amanda stated, “I might as well be honest with you, there is a shotgun in the back seat.”
Upon searching the vehicle, was able to locate on the rear passenger floorboard, a black scale, and a glass smoking pipe. Both items had a trace amount of a crystal like substance. I also located a black Mossburg 12 Gauge model 88, serial number 37446. I then asked Amanda who did the black scale and glass pipe belong to. Amanda stated, “All that s— is mine”. Using Narco test #7623, the black scale and the glass smoking pipe tested positive for methamphetamine.
Amanda was then placed under arrest and transported to the Hernando County Jail without incident.
Once at the jail a search of Amanda’s person was conducted by a female detention deputy, at which time, a small clear Ziploc baggie was located underneath her bra. The baggie contained a crystal like substance. The crystal like substance was tested using Narco test 7623. It tested positive for methamphetamine using an agency scale at the jail. The crystal like substance had a combined weight of 2.3 grams.
Amanda was advised of her upcoming court date set for 05032017, courtroom B at 0900 hours. Amanda is being held on a total bond of $17,000.”
