Jimmy stated that he was contacted by Rafael Riso, who is a home health care nurse for Baycare. Rafael reported that his patient, Sharon Fitzpatrick, stated that she was battered by her live in boyfriend, Joseph Seus.
I made contact with Rafael by phone and he stated that he came to treat Sharon, who is confined to a wheelchair. Rafael stated that Sharon told him that her live in boyfriend, Joseph Seus, took the phone from her last night and grabbed her by the face. Sharon told him that she had a red mark on her face, but he did not see one at that time.
then made contact with Sharon. Sharon stated that she was on the phone with her mother and Joseph grabbed the phone from her and then hid the rest of the phones. Sharon stated that Joseph then grabbed her face and told her not to do that. Sharon stated that he grabbed the right side of her neck because she would not be quiet. Sharon stated that she was able to breathe the entire time. Sharon again told me that Joseph grabbed the phone from her hand and hid them, and he grabbed her face. Sharon stated that he also grabbed the side of her neck because she would not be quiet. Sharon did have a red mark on the left side of her face.
We parked down the road and waited for Joseph to return. Once George returned placed him under arrest for domestic battery.
Joseph was transported the jail, where he was held on a no bond status and issued a misdemeanor court date of 06-07-2017 at 0900 hours in Courtroom B.”

Arrest Summary Excerpt: “On 5/11/17 I was flagged down by the defendant, David Ellison, in front of the Circle K gas station located at 14314 Spring Hill Drive. The defendant spontaneously stated, “She’s trying to say that I’m trespassing but I don’t want to be arrested for something silly.” The defendant continued, “I was trespassed from here two days ago but I’m waiting for my bus.”
The complainant, Lori Ostrom, advised that the defendant was officially trespassed from this location on 5/917 by Deputy J. Savelli (case number 2017-14090). Lori advised that the defendant returned anyways and was seated on the gas station Greyhound bus luggage container. Lori advised that this container is on Circle K property and that it belongs to them. Lori advised that she ordered the defendant to leave, at which time the defendant stated, “This isn’t your property I’m not leaving you fucking bitch.” Lori advised that she then called for Law Enforcement.
The defendant advised that he was attempting to leave Florida. He advised that he was instructed by Deputy Savelli to remain on Walgreen’s property to await his bus arrival. The defendant failed to do so and awaited the bus on Circle K property. The defendant claimed that he wasn’t aware that the luggage container was on Circle K property. It should be noted that the container was clearly on the Circle K side of the median and was the same color of the Circle K building.
As I began to pat down the defendant he stated, “I have a pipe with weed in my pocket.” There was a metal smoking pipe with a green leafy residue contained in it, in his front left pants pocket. The residue later field tested positive for the presence of marijuana (THC) via NARCO test #7609.
The defendant was then placed under arrest and transported to the Hernando County Jail where he is being held on a $2,000 bond status, per the bond schedule. The defendant was given a misdemeanor court date of 6/7/17 Courtroom B, at 0900 hours.”

I located a small blue in color make-up bag that contained a syringe as well as a spoon with an unknown white substance. The white substance on the spoon was melted down and tested positive for opioids.

Arrest Summary Excerpt: “On 05/12/2017, writer observed a green Chrysler Sebring 4 door, bearing Florida tag GRGF13, at the intersection Toledo Road and Cobblestone Drive, Spring Hill, Hernando County, Florida 34606. An FCIC/NCIC check of the aforementioned Florida tag GRGF13 revealed that it was assigned to a silver 2003 Hyundai utility vehicle. The white female driver was also observed not to be wearing her safety belt.
A traffic stop was conducted at the intersection of Clearwater Drive and Bancroft Avenue, Spring Hill, Hernando County, Florida. Contact was made with the driver and she advised the tag does not belong on the vehicle. The driver advised she does not have a valid license and handed this writer a Florida identification card identifying herself as Heather Schmidt (DOB 06/11/1985). The front seat passenger was identified as Christopher Duran, the co-defendant. An FCIC/NCIC and DAVID computer check on the defendant’s license revealed that it was suspended for failure to pay traffic fines with the most recent date of 02/26/2014. The DAVID computer check also revealed 3 previous convictions of driving while license suspended with the conviction dates of 09/10/2013, 11/03/2010 and 06/09/2010. Writer asked the defendant if there were any illegal narcotics in the vehicle and she advised there are several syringes in her purse which she uses to recreationally inject methamphetamine.
Writer looked into the defendant’s purse and observed 4 hypodermic syringes in the center portion. Each hypodermic syringe had a cloudy liquid inside which field tested positive for methamphetamine (NARCO test kit #923). The syringes weighed 2 grams, 2 grams, 2.2 grams and 1.9 grams with the liquid methamphetamine. A further search of the purse revealed a black case which contained 7 clear plastic bags and a black digital scale with trace amounts of crystal-like substances which also field tested positive for methamphetamine (NARCO test kit #923). The bags weighed 0.4 grams, 0.3 grams, 0.4 grams, 0.5 grams, 0.3 grams, 0.4 grams and 0.4 grams. A further search of the vehicle revealed a silicone container in the center console which contained trace amounts of a crystal-like substance. The defendant was asked if there was anything on her person and she advised that she has more “dope” in her bra. The defendant retrieved an additional plastic bag which contained a crystal-like substance which field tested positive for Methamphetamine (NARCO test kit #923). The bag containing the methamphetamine weighed 1.8 grams.
Based on the aforementioned information, Probable Cause did exist for the arrest of the defendant for Ct1. Possession of Methamphetamine, bond $10,000.00; Ct2. Driving While License Suspended or Revoked, bond $2,000.00; Ct3. Possession of Paraphernalia, bond S1,000.00.
The co-defendant was also charged with Possession of Methamphetamine and Paraphernalia under the same case number.
The defendant was transported to the Hernando County Jail where she was given a court date of 06/05/2017 at 0830 hours in courtroom E.”

Arrest Summary Excerpt: “On 05/12/2017, I was dispatched to 11324 Timbercrest Road, in Spring Hill in reference to a shooting.
Upon arrival, contact was made with the victim (Leonard Wayne Budd). The victim advised that he was exiting out of his bathroom and in his bedroom and observed a bright light. He then heard a sizzling noise and observed a small blackburnt cylindrical shaped item with ash on it on his bedroom floor. The victim also observed smoke throughout the residence. The victim then investigated where it might have come from and observed a hole in his living room window and a chard mark on the wall by his bedroom where the object ricocheted off of and landed in his room. The victim had no idea what had occurred and called law enforcement.
In this Affiant’s observation, the cylindrical shaped burnt item seemed to resemble that of a signal flare.
While this Affiant was investigating this incident, it was brought to his attention from a fellow deputy that the Brooksville Police Department was also investigating a similar case that occurred approximately 30 minutes earlier.
This Affiant then made contact with the investigating officer, Officer Jeffrey D. McDougal. Officer McDougal advised that they had a suspect in custody from their incident and was responsible for this case. Officer McDougal advised that he had spoken to two males, identified as Logan Skinner and a juvenile. These two subjects advised Officer McDougal that the defendant (Jachob Tylor Hollenbeck) had brought a flare over to Logan Skinner’s residence. The witnesses further informed Officer McDougal that defendant had told both Logan and Alex that he wanted to do a prank with it and then left the residence. The defendant arrived back to the residence and told them of what he had done in regards to discharging the flare gun into a residence in Brooksville and a residence in Spring Hill.
Officer McDougal advised that he was able to recover the flare gun that was inside a vehicle and apprehended the defendant inside Logan Skinner’s residence. Officer McDougal then placed the defendant into custody and transported him to the Hernando County Jail.
This Affiant responded to the Hernando County Jail to interview the defendant. Post Miranda warnings, the defendant advised that he did bring the flare gun over just to shoot it off into the sky. The defendant advised that he was consuming alcohol and getting high at the residence. The defendant advised that he did not shoot into the residence and he does not know who did.
Due to statements from the witnesses and admission from the defendant, probable cause was established for the arrest of the defendant.”

The defendant recently violated the injunction on 04.192017, for which he was also arrested by this deputy, and again on this date, in violation of FSS 784.048(4).

The defendant openly admitted he bought flowers and prepared a Mother’s Day card and further admitted he had a friend drop the flowers and card off at Heather’s front door. He further admitted he was in love with her and “will not stop” contacting her.

Arrest Summary Excerpt: “On the above listed date, the defendant, Danielle Larsen and co-defendants, Cache’ Wade-Leggon, Summre Raimer, Cassandra Kirkpatrick, and Hena Niazi while working in concert, entered the Walmart, and selected the victim’s merchandise valued at $63.23. Once selected, the defendant then concealed the merchandise inside her purse, while the co-defendants attempted to block the view of the complainant, and the store surveillance. Both the defendant and co-defendants attempted to exit the store after, by passing all points of purchase without rendering payment for the concealed items. The offense was witnessed by the complainant and recorded on the store surveillance system. The defendant and co-defendants were positively identified as the persons committing the offense. Affiant positively identified the defendant via FL DL. All property was recovered by the complainant, and returned to the victim. Upon detention the defendant and co-defendants were in possession of credit cards with the ability to pay for the selected items.
The defendant was taken into custody and transported to the Hernando County Detention Center. The defendant was given a court date of 06/07117 at 09:00 A.M., and issued a $500.00 bond.”
