Arrest Summary Excerpt: “On 05/01/2017 the victim, Tonya Pedicini contacted the Sheriff’s Office in reference to the defendant, Nicholas Rosado, following her in his vehicle. When the victim stopped at the intersection of Cortez Blvd and Sunshine Grove Rd in the right, left turn lane, the defendant pulled up to the victim’s vehicle in the left, left turn lane with his passenger window down. The defendant motioned for the victim to roll down the window, and yelled “I want to talk to you”. As the light turned green and the victim was making the turn, the defendant threw an unknown object at the victims vehicle.
The victim advised this happened on 04/28/2017 at 0830 hours. The victim did take video of the incident which I observed. The victim did provide me with a copy of the restraining order which clearly states the defendant cannot come within 100 feet within her motor vehicle, whether or not it is occupied. The defendant cannot have no contact with the victim.
When contact was made with the defendant, he did admit to the above mentioned incident and advised that he did not believe he was in violation of the restraining order. The defendant was taken into custody and transported to the Hernando County Jail without incident and held on a no bond status. He has a returnable court date of 05/31/2017 at 0900 hours in courtroom C.”

Arrest Summary Excerpt: “On 04-29-2017, responded to the residence located at 1365 Bolger Avenue in reference to the defendant, William Thomas, harassing his girlfriend, Jessica Miller. Jessica stated while she was smoking a cigarette outside of her residence, she observed a vehicle pull into the driveway of 1371 Bolger Avenue. Jessica advised she later received a phone call from the defendant, who yelled into the phone telling her to go outside. Jessica advised the defendant then hung up the phone. Jessica stated she walked further down her driveway and observed the defendant to back out of the neighbor’s driveway and drive in front of her residence, yelling things out the window.
Jessica advised the defendant, who she has filed multiple cases with and calls from 727-375-6836, contacted her three times on 04-29-2017 and approximately 30 times on 04-28-2017. Jessica stated the defendant sometimes just yells and screams at her over the phone before hanging up. Jessica stated the defendant calls her personal cellphone number 352-346-2000.
Jessica advised the defendant also follows her constantly. Jessica stated she alerted the Sheriff’s Office on 04-28-2017 at 1544 hours and on 04-29-2017 at 0217 hours in reference to the defendant following her and attempting to contact her.
It should be noted that the defendant was arrested on 04-07-2017 for Felony Domestic Battery with Jessica as the victim and because of this, there is a current no contact order between William and Jessica. This order was given to him by Sumter County Honorable Judge Morley on 04-07-2017.
The defendant was later located at 712 West Jefferson Street where he was taken into custody in reference to unrelated charges. Post Miranda, the defendant admitted to Deputy J. Merando to making constant contact with Jessica in person and via telephone. The defendant then confirmed the telephone number he called (352-346-2000) and the number in which he called from (727-375-6836).
The defendant was then transported to the Hernando County Jail without incident. The defendant was issued a court date on 05-17-2017 at 9:00AM in Courtroom E. The defendant was then issued no bond for the charges being domestic. The defendant was then issued a $500.00 bond for Harassing Telephone Calls.”

Upon arrival made contact with the defendant, who requested a ride from the location to get away from the homeowner. The defendant showed me the inside of her purse, which had a smoking pipe, which tested positive for methamphetamine as well as 10 pills of Diazepam, which she did not have a prescription for. The defendant was then placed under arrest and transported to the Hernando County Jail without incident. The defendant was given a court date of 05222017 in Court Room E at 0830 hours. Arrest Summary Excerpt: “On 04282017, contact was made with Bail Bondsman Brandon Watts with Coast to Coast Bail Bonds who advised that he was turning the defendant, Thomas William Caron, over for a warrant (HCSO 2017-12903). Brandon also advised that he observed the defendant throw a black zipped belly bag into trees where Brandon had taken him in to custody along with a set of keys, now hanging from a tree branch. The defendant was placed under arrest for the aforementioned warrant.
Writer then collected the defendant’s belongings which were in the trees and on the ground where he had been sitting. While checking the black belly bag, writer found eight (8) needles, a small clear zip lock baggie with skulls on it that contained a white powdery substance, which fielded tested positive for heroin using Narco Test #7624, a metal spoon wrapped in plastic and a red straw. Located on the key chain, writer observed a blue metal reusable metal container which had a screw cap. Once writer unscrewed the cap, writer located a small, clear plastic baggie with a yellow substance, which also field tested positive for heroin with Narco Test #7624. The other items did not field test positive for any narcotics.
The defendant was then transported to the Hernando County Detention Center, where he was turned over to jail staff. The defendant is charged with two counts of possession of heroin, with a total bond of $4,000.00 ($2,000.00 per charge).”

Arrest Summary Excerpt: “On 041428/2017, victim, Joel Fritton responded to his vacant home located at Joel stated he is currently remodeling the home and plans on selling it. Joel also stated he last checked on the residence on 04/27/2017 at approximately 1930 hours. Joel stated he checked the patio area and the rest of the home and everything was fine and there was no damage. On 04/48/2017 at approximately 0650 hours, Joel returned to check on the residence again. Upon entering the home Joel discovered the defendant (Thomas Glass) to be sleeping on the ground just inside the entry way. The defendant also had multiple bags with him which was not in the home before. Joel further discovered the air conditioning of the home which was set to 78 degrees, was now turned down to 72 degrees as well as a ceiling fan to be turned on. Upon further inspection Joel discovered the screen of the patio door to have a cut near the handle which was not there prior.
Upon my arrival the defendant was placed into custody. The defendant was advised of his Miranda Rights via agency issued card. Post Miranda, the defendant stated he is homeless and was told by an unknown friend, that this home was vacant and had air condition. The defendant stated he came to the home last night and gained entry to the home through the rear sliding glass door. Once inside the defendant locked this door. The defendant stated once inside he turned the air conditioning down and put his candy bar in the fridge. The defendant then fell asleep by the front door. After inquiring about eh defendant’s bag and if he had anything illegal in them he stated he had “meth” pipes in one of the bags. Four glass pipes with residue commonly used for smoking methamphetamine were found. All four pipes later field tested positive for methamphetamine (MDMA).
The defendant was later placed under arrest and transported to the Hernando County Jail without incident.
The defendant is being held on a total bond of $14,500.00.”

Arrest Summary Excerpt: “On 04/27/2017 responded to the intersection of Spring Hill Drive and Kenlake Avenue, Spring Hill, FL 34606 in reference to an individual standing in traffic.
While on routine patrol, at 1824 hours, observed the defendant, with his bicycle, to be standing in the middle of the two eastbound lanes of Spring Hill Drive obstructing the normal flow of traffic. I observed the subject to walk toward the stopped vehicles. The defendant left the roadway upon my arrival. The defendant was given a warning about standing in the roadway obstructing the normal flow of traffic.
At 1836 hours, I was dispatched back to the above location for the same subject obstructing the normal flow of traffic. Upon arrival,
observed the defendant to be on his bicycle in the eastbound lanes with traffic stopped.
Witness, Kimberly Black, advised that she was driving in the right most eastbound lane on Spring Hill Drive when the defendant “ran into the middle of road, blocking traffic, and then stood in front of my truck.” The witness stated she attempted to go around the defendant, but he continued to step in front of her vehicle.
Based on the aforementioned information, the defendant was taken into custody for COUNTI: Obstruction of public streets, highways, and roads, bond $500.”

Arrest Summary Excerpt: “On 4/27/17 responded the Wal-Mart located at 13300 Cortez Boulevard in reference a retail theft. Upon arrival made contact with the defendant in the parking lot who spontaneously stated, “I didn’t mean to take it”. It should be noted that there was a 2 liter bottle of Barg’s Root Beer on the pavement.
Contact was made with the Loss Prevention employee, Heriberto. Heriberto advised that the defendant selected a 2 liter bottle of Barg’s Root Beer and proceeded to the registers. Heriberto advised that the defendant then stood in line at register 15, and then proceeded to the self-checkout area. Heriberto advised that the defendant then left through the grocery exit of the store without the attempts to pay for the soda and passing all points of sale. The total amount of merchandise stolen was $1.00 in U.S. currency.
Post Miranda, contact was made with the defendant who advised that he locked his card by entering his PIN wrong too many times. The defendant advised that he then placed the soda into his shopping cart after his card was declined. The defendant advised that he was distracted by an argument and “didn’t mean to leave with the soda without paying”.
The defendant was then placed under arrest and transported to the Hernando County Jail where he is currently being held on a $2,000 bond in accordance to the bond schedule. The defendant was given a court date of 5/22/17 at 0830 hours in court room E.”
