19 properties were sold in Riverdale ranging from $500 to $6000.
10 properties were sold in Southern Hills Plantation ranging from $5000 to $12,500.
Other areas where lots were sold include Royal Highlands, Tangerine Estates, Wavro Heights, Masaryktown and the old Fire Station on Shoal Line Blvd (for $30,000).
