Horizons Du Monde, a non profit organization is in need of host families for incoming international exchange students. Horizons Du Monde offers short stays throughout the US (10 days to 3 months). Typically the students are from France or Spain, between the age of 12-18. The purpose of the visit is for the students to practice their English and be part of an American family routine.
There will be students visiting the Hernando County area between June 29- July 28th & July 9-30th. Local families host a student while they are in the area visiting. There is only one student per family. The host family provides food, bed, transportation and a loving environment. Throughout the weekday they have activities (Universal Studios, Busch Gardens, Local Springs and Beaches, airboating and more…) and the evening and weekend would be time with the host family.
