CRISTINZIO, MICHAEL JAMES was arrested on 04/30/2015, 02:41 for disorderly intoxication at COMMERCIAL WAY & PACIFIC AVE, SPRING HILL, FL, 34607. James was lying on the east side of the roadway on Commercial Way and refused to go home or agree to take a cab home. He became belligerent with the officer and could not produce identification, handing the officer a cigarette as his id. On the way to the police station he stated, “You wait ’til these cuffs come off. I’m gonna kick your a–.” Mr. James was charged with Disorderly Intoxication and placed on a bond of $500. The defendant was given a court date of 05/20/2015 at 0930 hours in Courtroom B.
SNOW, ROBERT GERALD JR, was arrested on 04/30/2015 03:32 at 16425 SPRING HILL DR, BROOKSVILLE, FL, 34604 for possession of an illegal substance, 1.01 grams of cannabis. Mr. Snow was subsequently charged with Possession of Marijuana Under 20 grams and is being held on a $1,000 bond. He was issued a court date of 05202015, at 0930 hours in Court Room B.
MAYFIELD, GIORGIO ARMANI, a minor, was arrested on 04/30/2015 10:24 at 1036 VARSITY DR, BROOKSVILLE, FL, 34601. He was a student at Endeavor Academy. He became upset when he was disciplined for being tardy. He began repetitively kicking the door of the classroom at which time, a school resource deputy was called in to respond. Mr. Mayfield attempted to leave the school campus which is not allowed. The Deputy followed Mr. Mayfield into a school parking lot where he attempted to arrest him. Mr. Mayfield resisted arrest, striking the deputy. The defendant was transported to the Hernando County Jail and charged with count 1: Resisting an Officer with Violence, count 2: Battery on a Law Enforcement Officer, and count 3: Disorderly Conduct. The Department of Juvenile Justice was contacted and they advised that the defendant would need to be transported to Ocala for further detention.
ALGARIN RUIZ, LUIS ANTHONY was arrested on 04/30/2015 19:07 at 6528 SPRING HILL DR, SPRING HILL, FL, 34606 for COUNT I Battery (Domestic), and COUNT II: Tampering with a Witness. Mr. Algarin was taken to the county jail where he is being held on no bond status due to the domestic nature of this incident.
ADDIE, SAMANTHA MARIE was arrested on 04/30/2015 19:07 at 6528 SPRING HILL DR, SPRING HILL, FL, 34606 for domestic battery and transported to the Hernando County Jail where she was held on NO BOND status due to the domestic nature of this incident.
SNYDER, JEFFREY ALLEN was arrested on 05/01/2015 02:13 for domestic battery at
15549 CORTEZ BLVD, BROOKSVILLE, FL, 34613. He is being held in the County Jail on no bond status.
