I recently was in Hernando county doing repair work on a rental property and needed a part to fix the faucet in the tub. I went to the big box stores to no avail, then to several plumbers and plumbing wholesalers with negative results, with the exception of a recommendation that i try “Charlie’s plumbing” in Brooksville.
I went there and the man at the counter i assumed to be Charlie, was actually Gary. what a treat to talk with him, he pulled out old catalogs, identified who manufactured the faucet I had, and was able to cross reference the parts I needed which he had in stock and promptly fixed me up with same, without telling me I had to replace the entire setup. In this day and age service of this kind is relatively unheard of. Brooksville should be proud to have a company such as this, they really stand out.
