The Hernando County Utilities Department (HCUD) announces the move of its Customer Service, Billing and Meter Reading sections from the West Side Government Center located at 7405 Forest Oaks Blvd. in Spring Hill, to its new location at 15365 Cortez Blvd., Brooksville, FL 34601 (former Tampa Bay Times Building). HCUD’s Customer Service will be open to the public at the new location beginning Monday, September 19 at 8 a.m.

The HCUD customer service lobby at the West Side Government Center will be open normal business hours through Thursday, September 15 and will close permanently to the public starting Friday, September 16, at 1 p.m. Phone lines will be available normal business hours.

All other county offices (Sheriff Office, Supervisor of Elections, Property Appraiser and Health Department) at the West Side Government Center will remain open and operational.
The Customer Service Department will resume normal business hours Monday through Thursday from 8 a.m.– 4:30 p.m. and Fridays from 8:30 a.m – 4:30 p.m. at the new location only.
