Fletcher denied touching the victim.

The father believed the son was using the car for drug related activities. The son admitted to the officer that he took the car because of ongoing drug problems.

While arguing with his wife, Laine started throwing chairs from the driveway of his home into the garage. He began screaming at his wife, using obscenities. The victim, fearful, pushed Laine away to create some space. This resulted in scratches to Laine’s neck. The wife went inside with their six year old son and hid in a locked bathroom. Laine proceeded to kick the door open. The wife called the authorities. The officer noticed the smell of alcohol on Laine.

An officer arrived at Hendry’s home looking for an unrelated wanted person. The officer noticed an electrical extension cord running into the residence from an exterior outlet on the neighbor’s home. The neighbor was not aware of the electric cord and did not give his permission to run it. After giving permission to deputies to search his backpack, deputies found several drug paraphernalia items. Hendry admitted he was a recreational drug user but was not aware of the electrical connection from the neighbor’s house.

Lazenby and her boyfriend, Christopher Jordan, were arguing at their home. Lazenby had called 911 to say Jordan was beating her. Then Jordan placed a 911 call stating he was stabbed by Lazenby. When the officer arrived at the residence, he saw that the boyfriend had minor abrasions to his forearm. The defendant had minor abrasions and a torn shirt and stated she was forcibly thrown to the ground by the victim. The officer was unable to determine a primary aggressor. Both Jordan and Lazenby were arrested for Domestic Battery.

A homeowner contacted the authorities because he had given his neighbours permission to use his electricity a few days ago, but he noticed that they were still using it and he did not want them to. The officer found Daniel Volce at the residence next door who stated that he had just spent the night at the house and said he is actually homeless. The officer found that there were warrants for Volce’s arrest for failure to pay child support. There were two cases each with purge fees of $2,160.00.
